Technically, this is called Stationary Cha Cha. Started I believe from the early 1990's, it was popular and well-known in country bars. Cowboy Cha Cha is a different dance. Nice job with the dance.
Bill, if it’s you, I remember you back when Brian and Michelle Ackerman were instructors at the school campus. You learned from the best so I like that. They were both on the tour team at BYU earlier in their life, they won national titles and helped the team as instructors to win national titles 😀 I wonder To this day where they are and if you have their contact information ? Good for you for still keeping with the dance life 👍👌😃 I left Utah in 2004 to go to Colorado but now I moved back to Saratoga Springs. I could use a refresher course Steven Edgin
HEY!!!! Yeah it's totally the same Bill. I LOVE Brian and Michelle. I saw Brian about two years ago, but that's about it. I think his kids were doing some Broadway stuff. There are both on Facebook I believe. The people you would want to get in contact with is Matt and Cami Webb or Jeremy from Westify. Matt and Cami run a West Coast swing venue in Draper Friday's ( I think Wednesday as well). They are both on Facebook. I teach a continuing education at UVU every Tuesday night and occasionally. Welcome back to UTAH!
