Love this Ryan, been watching your videos for a while and you have definitely helped me with my leg drive, it was definitely happening at the wrong time. I’m off to shadow swing your tips now Ryan. Again brilliant! 👏👏 Also re the ball machine, is UK compatible? As it looks amazing and will recommend to my tennis club and would of course use your link!
Wow thank you for the support messages you been leaving me today. I’ve been reading them and they’ve made my day. As for the ball machine, unfortunately it’s only available in the US. They don’t ship oversees. It’s the company policy. Maybe in the future. Thanks again!! You got this!
Interesting thing with this TF serve (dunno if he hits all of them like this) is his toss is at 12 o’clock. To deliver flat on such a toss it’s very much in his leg drive, which he does seemingly effortlessly, but he’s so explosive guy… Most players (rec and pros as well) will have easier time and better results on flat serves with toss more to 1 o’clock and more around uncoil rather than so much over the top… But I like what he does. Spin goes into arc more than sideways curve.

Which tendons and ligaments do I need to remove to get his shoulder flexibility? Any advice appreciated!
Haha agreed. I can’t do it either. That’s extreme flexibility.
Thanks!
Wow thank you so much!!
great info here! hoping to grind my serve this summer
This is exactly how I coach my players that want to elevate their already consistent serve, you nailed it Ryan
Thank so much Cinco!

Is his toss a bit too left ? Almost contact at 11:30. I thought the recommended toss/contact is around 12:30 to 1:00 o’clock. No?
No.3 is a game changer tip. 👍🙏🎾
So glad to hear that Jason!
If your wrist is supposed to be relaxed, how do you control the angle at the top of the swing?
I am also struggling on this. It really just the pronation degree that dictates the ball direction but everything happens so fast.
wonderful video !
Thank you so much!!!

appreciate your thoughts Anton!
US Open brought me here. At least my arm/racket angle is good.
