Checkpoints Near the Border
Be aware that DHS agents have recently set up constitutionally-questionable “security checkpoints” up to 100 miles inside U.S. territory. If you should drive into one of these roadblocks, you are not required to answer the agent’s questions (usually starting with “Are you a United States citizen?”). Nor are you required to consent to any searches.

US Border Checkpoints
Be aware that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents - which are part of the Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS) - are permitted to search you and your belongings at the U.S. border without probable cause or a search warrant. So anytime you cross the border, you consent to a search.

Did I mention their authority was challenged by the Supreme Court that they only have the ability to ask us if we are a citizen. We still have the right to refuse to answer them. These checkpoints were drafted with the hopes that they will carry the same authority as customs but failed.
They still exist because they have not given up on the dream. They want to be able to stop anyone they chose at any given time and search every inch of their person or property without probable cause..
They are trying to call it Constitution Free Zones.... Sheeple who sit back and argue against people like this guy here only embolden the authorities to take our rights from us.
If every person who went through refused in this exact same manner we would not need the Supreme Court to rule on it. We would defeat them by attrition alone.

Wow just randomly touch someone's car and objects on it to obscure nothing. What I hate is when they will give command to the dog to jump on someone's car and the dog scratches it. It is a bs thing they do on purpose. The dog is capable of walking by smelling narcotics. Catch 22 is half the time they either have a weapons smelling dog only, human or cadaver dog on duty but not both. They'll never tell you what the dog is certified in.

Honestly I prefer the approach of talking to them and forcing them to detain you without a crime to detain you for (which is illegal). This is a racist and unlawful practice, but why don't you team up with people? They're stopping you, they impede traffic.. have four or five cars behind you doing the same thing and block it off. If you peacefully (and legally) shut down their operation they will have to change it or drop it all together.

I'm protesting law enforcement's use of the ACLU as a Front Organization since their inception in the 1920's as it leaves Citizens believing an organization exists to fight for their Rights when instead it leaves a hole in the system in the name of National Security.

An ACLU Lawyer (that the DHS directed me to through CheckpointUSA.org's Terri Bressi and fake Whistleblowing Border Patrol Agent "Michael Flanders") suggested the method I'm using here will make current laws stricter.
I'm simply trying to increase my Ad Revenue and this stop boosted me back up to $100 per day -- halfway toward my goal.
I'm doing my part to tighten the noose the Department of Homeland Security placed around our World.

All the Agents identified the Motorist the moment he pulled up then they closed the Checkpoint down and let traffic run through without stopping at all. It sped the line up.
Who knows why Border Patrol didn't direct the vehicle to the Secondary Inspection Area.

Miesen photographed an "ein Berliner 9" documentary movie prop badge from the trunk to submit to the Terrorism Liaison Unit. Agent A. Corpuz searched the passenger compartment and glovebox where U.S. Customs & Border Protection removed a powered down GM Business Phone assigned to Robert Trudell. Asset Forfeiture Office Paralegal, Jim Elam, refused requests to return General Motor's property which interfered with business communications. Agent B. Blanchard failed to clearly provide Orders to Robert Trudell and his subordinates resulting in an Illegal Search & Seizure by him and those in his command.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection along with the Terrorism Liaison Unit conspired to Willfully violate Robert Trudell's Copyrights to further the Identity of contracted partners including the Astroturfing CBP Agent Michael Flanders, CopBlock.org's Pete Eyre and CheckpointUSA.org's Terry Bressi. Their efforts create a false front encouraging criminal behavior and trapping those they lure into their net, manufacturing characters the public loathes and spreading widespread fear and myths to manipulate public behavior. Agent Flanders and Terry Bressi both directed Trudell to an Intern Lawyer, Mitra Ebadolahi with the ACLU while he remained under CBP arrest. Mitra Ebadolahi passed fake Whistleblowing Agent information onto Trudell furthering Flanders' false identity.
Seizure of his Property without a Warrant or Probable Cause left him fearful Agents would Seize his Property again while retrieving the originally Seized Equipment.

I noticed you got your window smashed in one of these videos. What happened after? Like, did you have to pay for the window ?
+mrhibbons If you watch some earlier videos you'll see I offer to break the window open for them. I purchased the glass two months prior to them smashing it open and got a quote on the install then.
With Border Patrol breaking it open, my full glass coverage came into play.
The Border Patrol offered to pay my actual damages and later reneged when I sent them the $749,000 bill which mostly included my losses from the malicious sabotage of my career at the General Motors Desert Proving Ground.
Currently I'm on a fixed 60% Salary till I'm 65 and on Total and Permanent Disability Retirement because CBP illegally seized my Business Phone from the glovebox which pissed my boss off. When I asked for an extra sick day while adjusting to a new anti-psychotic medication, I was told to go on Disability Leave and not come back without going through our Security Department.
When I retrieved the phone 21 days later, my work wouldn't turn it back on and due to failed communications with the Doctor and work, they processed me as a Voluntary Quit for a few months.
After that was straightened out, the writing on the wall was clear and I didn't try to go back to work and chose to stick with a Disability Retirement.
I did receive a suggestion from a former Port of Entry Commander that I could work with law enforcement making videos for them and earning $200,000 per year, with a recommendation I keep quite about the ACLU Lawyer, Mitra Ebadolahi, that the Terrorism Liaison Office directed me to.
So, be sure not to mention her name.

What I don't understand is why sometimes DHS flags you ahead (when you had a car full of balloons for example)..but if you refuse to answer...they smash a window and tear you apart. So does each DHS officer get to decide how to enforce the law and there is no protocol for their procedures?

Yes, the DHS proceeds as they please based off their beliefs.
When they broke into the car Agents had plenty of information on me and it seems as much of their exercise involved an attempt to control my behavior and scare me into compliance.
I previously had an extensive FBI investigation & report done on myself at work and I think they chose to use my fear of maintaining a job as a lever.
The Terrorism Liaison Office's use of CheckpointUSA.org's Terry Bressi and the ACLU Lawyer feeding me bogus information was part of that.
They were focused primarily on manipulating me and not helping.

This is my job. Law enforcement suggested I could earn $200,000 per year making Astroturfing videos for them with the recommendation I keep quiet about their Front Organization - The American Civil Liberties Union. I chose not to. I earn enough without it and it'd eat me up being quiet about that type of nonsense.
Sorry man, have to disagree with what you do. I understand your point but you do understand that when you do this you may be hurting other people and other peoples lively hoods. Im a truck driver, my day consists of a 14 hr work day within those 14 hours i have a 11 hours of drive time. If I got stuck behind you while you choose to hold others up your taking money out of my household. Not only that fact but what if I only had 30 mins to get to the nearest truck stop and you stayed there for over 30 mins, now your putting my life at risk if i have to sit on the side of a highway and sleep and have a risk of someone rear ending my truck while im sleeping. I have kids at home that depend on me to keep a roof over their heads. Have fun doing what you do, be careful doing what you do, but next time why dont you do this around 2am when the check points arent busy and your not holding others up with their agendas and not just thinking about your agenda.

Hi Rob, I believe I talked to you before when I commented on your other video in which the agents broke the car window, and I know that your tort claim was rejected. Now, what if they break the window again, and the tort claim you file will be denied again? It is proven, the hard way, that there is a dead end down this road. Just roll your window down, say I am a US citizen, and you are on your way in less than 5 seconds. Remember that the function of DHS checkpoints is to put an obstacle in front of illegal immigrants. I am just not convinced that your liberty will be violated if you say I am a US citizen. If you are still not convinced, consider moving to a northern state.
AHMED FOUAD I didn't mind them breaking my windows. My complaint is they maliciously sabotaged my career by illegally seizing my GM Business Phone from the glovebox.
I no longer have a career for them to sabotage since they facilitated my early retirement.

They ask questions and listen for accents during the Citizenship questioning.
It proves most U.S. Citizens don't carry documents to demonstrate their Citizenship while Legal Immigrants and Tourists do.
