but the thing is you should have kept the old sprocket in the front. The bigger sprocket in the front the faster it will go. in your case you switched to a smaller front sprocket in which made the acceleration go up but the top speed down
small FRONT sprocket =more torque but less top speed. big FRONT sprocket = Bigger top speed but less acceleration Small REAR sprocket = higher top speed but less acceleration big REAR sprocket = more torque but less top speed
@NWSIGHTS ur scooter videos are awsome dude! I just purchased an exact model as yours and thats how i found your channel ! Although my version is a 2 stroke your scooter content is helpful im all ready thinking of a engine swap to a 4 stoke and all the current mods your doing rn!
Thank you I very much appreciate your feed back and support! These scooters are so much fun I'm curious about the 2 stroke which I almost got over this one but I'm very happy with the 4 stroke. Next modification I'm adding will be a improved muffler so stay tuned for that! 👌
Amazon stuff fits for. A GX 35 I question the size how fast does it go stock I'm at 20 but with different sprocket but motor is worn down does anyone know is the clutch design only were down on one side of the shoe
@@danyalarafat1271 the small engines only go 25mph but a heavily modified one can go upwards of 40 I have a 4 stroke that is for a bike setup and it burns my clutch pads off because sometimes the needle in the carburetor gets stuck but I'd never had any problem with uneven wear in my clutch pad it could be the springs in the pad or a bad transmission
@nwsights6301 2 strokes are cool but they are louder and they tend to break faster especially if your a novice I like the 4 strokes because there more reliable and make less noise but yeah I'm sure you'll get an extra boost with a better exhaust system! I've never seen a 49cc with a turbo setup that would go viral😆
@@danyalarafat1271 I'm not exactly sure about the clutch I probably should have a look at mine soon. But yes the GX 35 parts fit, I got a stock GX 35 air filter housing and it fit my scooter perfectly
For my own Blaze Scooter, I really don't want to compromise reliability. That's the most important in my opinion over speed in a Chinese 49cc engine as I do not want to be stranded anywhere. So, for me, I would only try different sprocket and muffler setups. If I really NEED to go fAster in my area where I live, I would just swap the motor out for a little larger Honda or Lifan 4-Stroke.
Good tips. The scooter isn't my primary form of transportation so I'm just playing around with it to see how far I can push it before a motor swap or anything like that. Pushing it to 29mph is pretty nice and I haven't messed with inside the motor yet so it's still going to be reliable! These blaze scooters are just fantastic
Motor replacement that would work I have my I on a GX 50 Wich is 47 but I have saw a blower with a 76 but I think that's different u broke a clutch spring so I replaceing the motor just makes sense
At that point yea probably replacing the motor. Blaze Scooters sells a replacement motor if you're wanting the same one or you could even try and throw a 79cc on the scooter lol.
I don't like dealing with the guy and never responded to my call but my doubts is the motor is not 49 because the cyl dym / stroke is 39 x 26 and he doesn't respond to email because Google says that s a 31 if I'm wrong I would like to know and all is well but all the parts I found fit a Honda motor I bought valve cover because the tow truck broke it when I was aressed on. The highway he never responded when I asked for it not complaining just expressing my concerned Remember a lie is always a lie but truth will always be found out
I m probably taking the train to mitigain and like to go to were dirty dancing was filmed and do some dirty driving in north Carolina I have family and nothing to do
Just broke the bank and got a motor on ebay it's a genetic Gx 50 it wasn't worth replaceing the clutch and not getting a good exuast seal I drove it since March now I know what I got and won't have to deal with the company or the company won't have to deal with me
that small carburetors doesn´t have jets, what you need to do is adjust the screw of high rpms, the top tiny screw, it´s not backfiring by the air filter, just need screw adjustment, changing the exhaust muffler helps lots too
I tried messing with that tiny screw up top for like a whole day doing drive tests and couldn't get it right the scooter kept bogging under full throttle and backfiring, but I will have to try and tune it again since the weather is good again!
@@nwsights6301 hehe yes i know adjust that screw is sometimes a long process, i took like 2 days to reach a sweet spot, an "easy" way it´s with a tachometer, then you throttle it to max and you read the rpms on the tachometer and you turn the screw till you hit the max rpms spot, but if you can do it by ear hearing the engine it´s good because you avoid buy the tachometer, i hope the good weather last long enough to let you do a good adjustment, thanks for respond
@@nwsights6301 yes it's a handy tool, then it's out the scooter on something to keep the rear will lifted and start adjusting the screw, and by ear is good if you have a good ear hehe
Just depends, if it doesn't want to start up in a couple pulls I puke the choke on, but the choke is on when I start it while it's cold outside but when it's warm out usually I don't have to put the choke on to start.

Hello ❤
Hi
Where did you find the 17 tooth sprocket?
Have you tried the 2 stroke scooter?
I have not! Upon researching I've heard 2 stroke has a bit more power and mod options.
Hellobike sales exhaust for 13 that fits the gx 50 I'm going to buy it to compare
I have a 2 stroke 49cc it's run max speed of 47kph sprocket combination 20/44
A lot of different sprocket combos I've been hearing about, yours goes about the same speed as mine.
Do you leave the choke on or off when starting the scooter?
Just depends, if it doesn't want to start up in a couple pulls I puke the choke on, but the choke is on when I start it while it's cold outside but when it's warm out usually I don't have to put the choke on to start.
