I have been breathing in oil for years now and it really helps me relieve stress. I would DEFINITELY say it’s essential because without doing it I get anxious and my day gets ruined. I typically do it at the car pumps or if I’m parked and I can just open the latch and get a whiff. 10/10 would recommend. Everyone have a blessed day ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

She did mention in the intro that she was going to talk about the back story of how she got into essential oils.. explicitly. And she mentions there’s a lot to talk about and sharing information from her own experience. If it’s helpful for you, perfect. If it isn’t, totally fine too, just skip ahead and go to the parts of the video useful for you. Thank you for the helpful tips and information. Don't argue with me do research. 2nd- the reason YL oils are expensive isn't because they're the best, it's because the people involved in the Pyramid scheme are making money off your purchase and all the credulous dumb asses that fall for it.

Young Living oils are medical grade essential oils. You can not (I reapeat CAN NOT) compare them with any other cheap essential oils you can get at most heath food stores. Most essential oils say "pure" on their labels, but what they mean is "5% pure essential oil and the rest is alcohol or a cheap carrier oil, also those 5% may come from a non organically grown plant, might be twice destilled and I'm a very bad product all together, don't buy me, don't put me on your skin, because I might cause rashes and for the love of god don't take me internally!". Please do more research on essential oils and the qualitly of medical grade essential oils. You will see that the price of young living essential oils is definitely justified.

same here. I mostly use oils like lavender, peppermint and lemon which are a lot cheaper than, say, mhyrre, rose or jasmine. But if you think about it. A 5ml bottle contains 80/90 drops of essential oil and most of the time you only need 1-3 drops per use, so one bottle goes a long way. And one thing that helped me was to get my priorities straight. I save money by buying clothes second hand, I get foods in bulk or on the farmers market and I don't spend my money on a big vacation or trip but stay at home and discover the places near by. The money I save, I invest in essential oils. Redistributing my finances has really helped me save money and spend it on the important things. All the love. N

Sarah Holding 💕In my experience essential oils are powerful helps to good health. I don’t diffuse usually because it uses too much oil. Instead I rub the oil blend on my skin and then use the oily hand as a mask and take 10 deep breaths. A good essential oil blend in a good carrier oil is a great, safe deodorant. Pain~rub it on. Organ system that needs support; rub it on above the organ or on bottom of the feet on reflexology points. And on and on. EO’s are the second best thing, no third I ever done for my health. 1st- a healthy diet with lots of green leafy vegetables, natural vitamin supplements and then essential oils. Check out RUclips for lots of oil health information.((ginny))

Your scalp might be itching because of the hair care products you use. You might need to stop using them and change to something mild. You might want to try to make oil wrap, eg with jojoba oil with addition of lavender essential oil. Clay mask can also soothe the itching. It is similar to face mask but it is put on scalp instead. one of my favorite youtubers condemned essential oils claiming its all placebo effect. I dont plan on wasting money on oils that clam health benefits, like curing diseases or stuff like that, but I can easily believe that using them in a diffuser putting vapors in the air would no doubt have an effect on mood, like allowing for better relaxation especially at nighttime. some of those natural items would be stimulating for the lungs and could give for relaxing effects. I plan on buying a diffuser and oils in a couple weeks. Ide like to put it in my bedroom, im hoping for relaxng effect to help when I wnd down at night after a hard day at work and shower.
What oils would you recommend to help with relaxation and anxiety? Anxiety haunts me, and Ide like to continue trying alternatives to using xanax and olanzapine which I was prescribed but I cut out the xanax, and I need something that doesnt just have a short life like a pill, and I thought having a diffuser put relaxing agents in the air for a couple hours at night would do the trick. what do you think?

Simply Quinoa , I'm just wondering because I recently bought a cool mist air diffuser, and I only got two oils so far to try them out, but my question is, it throws out a cool mist and cools down the room quick, ( 200 sq feet, ) is that ok to put the oils in the cool mist one or should I get a humidifier? Also my diffuser don't let a strong scent out and I put about 5-10 drops into it, any info, advice, that you can give, I would appreciate it, ☺

I think it's fine to put it in a cool mist diffuser :) And try adding some more drops if you don't feel like you can smell it -- I usually have about 15 in mine (a combination of multiple oils). Let me know if that helps! xo

What is your opinion on the essential oils sold at Whole Foods and sprouts? Unfortunately I cannot afford the kit price up front, which I would love to have but at Whole Foods and sprouts I'm able to pick up individual essential oils to play trial and error.
    What's your opinion?

Jo Clawson Oils are not regulated by the FDA. YL has a Seed to Seal guarantee that everything is that bottle is essential oil. No synthetic fragrances or fillers. I bought a bottle of Lavender off Amazon (with great reviews) and gave my whole family a respiratory infection! You get what you pay for!

I think the blend is pending your skin tolerance. Some people have very sensitives skin and need high blending. My skin personally, I need little blending.

the product guide is a good resource and you can also tell a fellow oiler what you need help with and ask for their advice. Young Living names a lot of their blends for whatever they're good for.

I totally feel like we are soul sisters (as I plan some hikes this weekend in VT). I took the plunge with a starter kit in January and LOVE it so much. Thieves is amazing, that is how I clean most of my house. I'm going to add Immupower to my next essential rewards order and have that, thieves and purification as my trifecta going into autumn. 😊 I don't know how I lived without stress away in my life! I could go on and on, but I won't. 😉 I'm so glad you made a video dedicated to spread awareness to how amazing eos can be. Have a fabulous Friday and a great weekend!

I am so confused. I am new to Essential oils and so far I have bought 2 Different Diffusers ( cool mist) both are defective after less than 30 days. I was also told that heating EO's diminished their theraputic value. Can you address this please. I am about to contact Amazon re the diffusers. I have a wonderful list of EO's with 100 ways to use them from Natural living .com. They also recommended the diffusers and that is why I am skeptical about which diffuser to order. Thank you

    • @Simplyquinoa
      @Simplyquinoa  7 лет назад

Sounds like you need to get a better diffuser :) I would definitely look at the reviews before purchasing! And when you're using a cool mist diffuser, you're not actually heating them, so I think it's totally fine!

Oils aren’t essential. I know this lady who went to my church and she had a baby and it was coughing. The docters wanted to make sure it was ok.... but she decided to put essential oils on her newborn baby! Sadly the baby passed away a day later. (becuase of the oils and the coughing. Proven by the docters)

I think the point is that they may sometimes help with anxiety and depression and not that they’re a better alternative for a dying newborn

A while back I got the starter kit for Young living I haven't really explored as much as I should because I don't know what to do with them what I really want to know is what oils can I apply to spider veins that seem to be getting worse and how should I dilute it if at all? I don't have Facebook so I can't take advantage of that
