does the pure tendon body of the subscapularis begin at the level of the glenoid rim like you pointed at 3:22 or where does it start? Where is the end of the musculotendinous portion of the subscapularis?
What also gets me confused is sagittal slices usually show subscapularis muscle and tendon interdigitation with tendon bundles within the muscle even when humeral head is showing. However where does that orientation end on coronal because it does not make sense to me why the humeral head is not pure tendon? is there a specific point when approaching from medially on the humeral head (like most medial beginning edge of humeral head , the middle of humeral head) that it becomes pure tendon that isn't really shown on diagrams?
On the coronal at 8:38 it looks musculotendinious under the coracoid then the whole humeral head (and maybe more not sure the exact cutoff?) looks jet black so is it purely tendinious? Would you say that's the most accurate representation and sagittal images are miseleading?
