    Frank is real and I like watching him because he says out loud what I usually say in my head when doing projects. I will answer your call anytime

    Frank, when you're as awesome as you are, you don't need an intro video. Haters gonna hate!

    Nicely done. Having the antenna mounted to the tripod is a great idea.

    (Great work frank ) heads up Under the foam grip, the boom is drilled & tapped with a 1/4-20 hole for camera tri-pods.

    I am not a fan of intro videos, I try and skip them. They usually are much louder than the content and with my hearing I have hearing aids that feed the audio to my ears and that very loud noise as I call it hurts. Or I turn it down and then miss the beginning of the video while I have to re adjust the audio.

      Thanks for the feedback, i have stopped the intro skits and have better adjusted the audio levels. Swing by again, 73

    how does this work if EVERY Element is electric connected to the same Boom? In all DIY Antennas I know the elements are isolatet.

    Keep at it man. Everyone starts somewhere!!! I second what W5IPA- JASON said. There is a 1/4" 20 tpi threaded hole under the foam handle. The foam may have some glue on it so be careful not to tear it. I believe that Arrow has instructions on how to remove it. 73 Brett KJ7BQQ

    What kind of power is required to transmit on satellite

    • @TankRadio
      @TankRadio  5 месяцев назад

      It is good radio edict to use no more then 5w - 10w. Any more can grain the satellite battery faster
