I like how he dosnt say “Hey guys...” like he’s annoyed at us but instead he says “Hello fellow modelers...” like we are old firends. It’s so inviting
These videos are basically Bob Ross videos, just with modeling, just the thing for me.
Yeah and then shows you thing that will make you question your skills and point of building bodels if you're not that skilled
Best modeller on RUclips😉
I try my best but it not good enough. :-D
So who is best acording to you?
I really like work from Andy Moore, Alex Clark, Diego Quijano and many another.
PLASMO - plastic models do you have links to their channels? I cant find them anywhere
soulger and teal soulger and teal gotta agree, there are many good modellers but there are few up on this level
I find this incredibly soothing to watch after a shit day at work
Another beauty! Thanks for posting!
Also I wanted to send my sincere and deepest appreciation for you taking the time to share your modelling skills with the rest of the world. I have recently returned to modelling after about a 15 year hiatus to raise a family and your techniques have really helped me get back into this wonderful hobby. Thank you, David! :)
"Model is good, won't need many modificatons"
*proceeds to modify*
‘Many’
It's plasmo
It would not be a Plasmo model if he didn't modify it! 😆
Your attention to detail is always amazing and awe-inspiring; if someone were to simply show me a photograph of this, with no context and no knowledge that it's a model kit, I would honestly think I was looking at a real, life-scale tank. You're truly a master of your craft.
I can’t tell you enough how much your weld technique has helped me to improve my dioramas.
The quality of your videos are great, it's like seeing it through your eyes while you build it. The tempo and time on each step is well balanced, not to much and not to little. It almost feels unedited as we're not missing anything but not like other builders where you watch them for 5 min while gluing two pieces.
Awesome work.
1/35 levels of detail in 1/72 !
Love watching your videos , never disappointed and learned a lot.
Kepp up the good work.
Everything you record, as for your skills and technique, I gladly use in my builds! Thank you very much for taking time to show us how it is done. Utmost respect!
I can’t get enough of your videos, it’s the extra details, amazing
I love the additional scratch-built details. Whenever I try that, I keep "going down the rabbit hole" trying to make smaller and smaller details - then possibly not finish the model. Another beautiful work of art. I really enjoy your channel.
Love the bedspring scratch building, I'll be using that.
This model makes me love the iconic T-34-85 more. Nice build David, this is one of your masterpiece!
I love how u always just go that extra mile to make these models really stand out☺ good job
Once again, you inspire me. And it's not just the models, although that's very much a part of it. It's the professional look of your videos too. Well done, start to finish. Thank you for everything.
This is one of the most aesthetically pleasing models I have seen for tanks. Perfectly imperfect and realistic :)
Amazing! Pure class! Thank you for talking us through it!
What a demonstration of skill, dexterity and patience and great music too. You make me want to buy a kit and have a go myself
Dear David, many thanks for sharing your master modelling techniques for us. I am 47 years old and build plastic models since I was 10. Life (one wife and three daughters), study (I am an aeronautical engineer), work (to earn my living I usually spent more than 70 hours a week at office) and other hobbies (wargaming, running, cycling) kept me too often away from the modelling bench but thanks to yours videos recently I found the inspiration to build more and trying to imitate you is really a strong inspiration to try being a better modeller. Thanks again and keep going with your channel!
I love watching your videos. Not only is it great fun to watch a model progress but it shows me new products that might help my own modelling, for instance that grey putty by AK looks to be just what I'm after and I've already placed an order for some
Very nice! Love the addition of the grips. Good move to paint on the numbers by hand, more authentic! Great job.
I really wish i had such equipment and the skill to make models like this
Even the greatest artists had to start from somewhere.
By learning form the greats, you can learn faster than struggling alone.
And yes even the greatest artists can be unhappy with their own work.
Learning to move onto the next project can be the hardest thing to learn in art.
Start by building models! Then try to copy what other people do.
Build gundams model kits first,
Building any other is akin to scratch building in many ways
Same
Excellent build video! As always...thanks for sharing!
He makes my long days better, with such splendor talent!
Thank you sir!
Beautiful paint and weathering job on the bed spring armoured T34/85,improved with a bit of extra detailing and scratch building . The colour modulation adds to the beauty of the tank. Thanks David, it looks cool.

A wonderful example of modeling in scale with oils and additional bits and bed springs. Thanks for sharing.
Excellent tutorial, hard to believe only 1/72! I always get something out of seeing how you build, paint and weather your kits. Keep up the great work!
I've only seen two of your videos
Absolutely fantastic, the attention to detail is amazing on such small scale 👍
You have created a 1/72 model with 1/35 detail. Absolutely amazing work at this scale...thanks for the informative help too
It's so rich in detail you can even imagine the history that tank and it's crew went throught, advancing from Moscow to Berlin.

As I watch and he made modifications with these neat little tricks I kept thinking in my head, "Nice."
Wow! Absolutely brilliant! I always enjoy your videos.
Magnificent! Wielding mark technique was something new for me, Thanks! :)
Beautiful job. The bed springs really take it to another level. Great work blending the yellow also, it was worth the extra effort.
Scott & Denise Girvan why are the bed springs needed? I mean on a real combat version.
I believe they were added as armor against German Panzerfaust (single shot bazookas)
Scott & Denise Girvan oh of course. wow dude thanks. 👍
Cool. Crazy times back then. Simple technology. Sure looks killer on this model.
Fantastic artwork on this little 1:72nd scale. Got some inspirations for my models , thank you .:-)
I was stuck. So many details on a scale as usual, great.

Another excellent model David, very well done! I’ve managed to obtain the 1/72 Revell EC-135 ‘ADAC’ Eurocopter and I’ll be using your build of it as inspiration.
