Just a heads up, if you can find it, purchase The Ultimate Back Book by Dr Mosaraf Ali. He has an Integrated Medical Centre in London and they worked with me in healing my lower back (slightly prolapsed disc, stretched ligament, strained muscle) 22 years ago. No problems since. I didn't know it at the time but Dr Mosaraf Ali is/was Prince Charles' personal physician. His younger brother is who saw me!

Things we worked so hard for, paid a lot of hard earned money for high quality things and people offer you chump change and think it’s ok. Really made me mad. So instead of accepting these low ball offers I gifted almost a house full of furniture to our neighbors. It blessed her family and blessed us for gifting it to them. Not going to lie, I really miss some of our things.

Moving there was much easier than moving out! Either way I never had any physical support. I paid for whatever help I got. (So much for friends) I just wish I had went for 6 months in a Airbnb then made my decision because I was ready to go 6 months ago

I am so glad that you OPT out of the full back surgery. I have been suffering back issues since I was 20 BUT ACTUALLY INJURED IT AS A KID IAM 54 now soon to be 55. I have the same option to get surgery but I believe that no one can guarantee you a successful surgery and Recovery and that sometimes the surgery can make it worse as far as pain after surgery So I know the pain that I deal with now so I decided to just continue to deal with this pain and not suffer any more pain if the surgery didn't go correct .fortunately for my injuries Ibuprofen works and I'm going to write down these back patches that my auntie gets and she gives them to me she had hip surgery. And they work so good that I forget I was having back pains and I forget I have the back patch on until I change my clothes or jump in the shower or use the bathroom or it's been on all day and it starts rolling down from me moving my clothes around so I will give you the name of the back patches.>FLECTOR PATCH. BY PFIZER DICLOFENAC EPOLAMINR TOPICAL PATCH 1.3 PERCENT.ONLY THRU DOCTOR.ITS A PACK OF 5. THE SIZE 10CM×14CM EACH.THEN I SEE IBSA

I learned years ago working on tv show sets and movie sets to look at the decor in rented spaces as temporary luxuries and settings in the different episodes and scenes of my life. I watched them makeover places in the ghetto to look like delights from an artistic fantasy place with paint and props in a day. That gave me the confidence to just make a space beautiful because I was going to be in it. You’ll have another beautiful space soon
