***** It is difficult to find the original cold-wave bands on vinyl these days - Discogs is your best bet, however, a label called Infrastition has reissued a lot of the early releases on CD; Asylum Party are essential listening :-)
Some also appear on Amazon from time to time - the Wikipedia entry on cold-wave music will give you some bands to start out with. I hope that helps, J x
