Omg..this video is so " special " and an eye opener. We just order food from restaurant and enjoy it and forget without even thinking about the person (chef) who has cooked it. A lot of efforts and expertise goes into it to cook almost perfect dishes with right flavours everytime. It's like " every chef has his/her story"..we need more episodes of this kind where chefs share their journey and struggles...
