I have seen some people programming AT89C52 with Arduino Uno so I thought it may be possible to program AT89C52 with NodeMCU ESP8266 V2.
First of all At89C52 Or c51 cannot be programmed using Arduino, C series Atmel microcontroller almost all pins need to be connect to a special microcontroller, u can google it and see, at89s52 the S series have isp pins so that it can be programmed easily using Arduino.

where is the pin number of VREF and Vin?
VREF pin and Vin pin is available in arduino not in this micro controller.
