In short, when some noise influences us a lot, we are able to calm it by calming ourselves (with the use of our breath etc.) depending on other factors (but at least some calming force can be made). It is our intuition, which tell us, if calming ourselves influences others (or not) and how.
The last one, seems good. But it's almost a curse to freak out. Nobody belives, all you can do is wait it burn. Or you are the crazy one... Most common problems are job related. You know who sucks, and must accept it. You know the best solution, but egos bs talk better. How to explain something we just know?
Great video! I would say that being an "empath", the ability to feel what others "feel/think" is what allows the psychic nature of INFJs.
