@@TheThirdErnest I’m surprised you didn’t know that. I hear that used a lot in battle rap so I wasn’t to surprised when I heard it, still fire tho cuss it’s Cole
Only just recently discovered this page and being part of the younger generation, I miss alot of these bars. So interesting to learn about the context behind them
Can't wait for 10+yrs from now when people are sampling Cole, Kendrick, drake, Sean, em and other mainstream rappers and I'll understand all the callbacks 😂
Man if you like rap then you should sample Cole K-Dot or whoever just keep the game on. And in 20 yrs someone will talk bout you and you’ll get that bread in way you want to.
No it isnt smfh what is wrong with yall???? How do yall not know this shit??? It’s U dont Know off blueprint 1 and it’s not the fuckin intro. This whole comment section is goofy. Yall do not know shit about rap.
dude, you'll be the coolest uncle to ever live, and i think congratulations are in order. but all talk aside, you're like the coolest cousin that've ever had through the internet ! keep'em coming, we here for it, LESSSS GOOOO boiii
Yo, if you listen to each track, they sound like tributes to other greats. This sounds like Hov. The next sounds like a future/Kanye mix. Applying pressure is Eminem. 100 mil produced by t minus sounds like Wayne. Let go my hand like Kendrick and Andre and like fugees.
I guess Im gonna be the old head here and explain who Killa Cam is. He was known for his very catchy/hype songs and beats. He took over the hip hop scenes with his group called Dipset in the early 2000's and made a impact and was in the top of the game at the time. Check out his discography Ernest specially Purple Haze which was one of his biggest commercial hit albums at the time and he collaborated with Kanye West in a few songs. The beat was also from one of his songs called Killa Season.
Yo! You're a true hip hop head! Glad you got the reference. Grew up on Lil Jon. South Carolina in the building! Oh and that was Cam'ron talking on the track. Dope feature.
…… it’s Pastor Troy and the Eastside Boyz. Up at 4am hitting the gym and this is exactly what I needed to wake me up. Keep the album review coming, my man 👏🏼
You correct. Aint the first to say it, but as a hip op head.... The slowed flow was instantly recognized. You continue to be the realest most in depth breakdown. When I grown up I want to be like you..... So real. So raw, but still the most intelligent bar breakdowns regardless of genre! Mad love to You and The Third Fam!
NGL, my heart broke a lil’ bit when he couldn’t recognize that was Killa Cam’Ron from The DipSet, 110th Street and Lenox Avenue’s Diplomat. Still love Ernest and his channel. But, oof, that had me feeling some type of way for a minute, lol. 😅
You: "Ya'll don't know rap" Also you: "Who is that talking??" Haha thats Killa Cam my boy!! Hence the instrumental having that Dipset vibe to it. Love your reactions, keep up the work bro 👍
The whole album is like him driving down 95 S. First track starts in NY then the other songs each play part to like the respective territory. Starts in NY and goes south to the southern states and his flow goes from NY rap to like south BunB style. Love it.
I was also thinking with the Krispy Kreme line, like donuts are bad for your health so they slowly killing cops lol bruh. This whole album is fuckin stooopid. Great reaction as always my brotha!

Greensboro Nc frank lucas moved to Harlem selling dope... Plus Fort bragg(fayetteville) brought the drug in.... Blue Magic lol
I love how you broke this down. You explained his lyrics instead of just reacting it and saying it’s good. Appreciate your review!

For real, that ending was bumping. This man was Jamming 😂
I'm pretty sure that the sample is from a Dipset song Thus the reason that Cam is on the track, but also used on "you don't know" as well
I knew you wouldn't let that Cudi line get past you bro. I was hyped when I heard that
Classic album
Lil Jon acted a fool on that sample from REQUIEM FOR A DREAM!!! Movie is a Classic!!
One of the goat movies brooo
That fucking sample!!!!! Let’s go!!!!!
Loved the nostalgia of Lil Jon at the end lol good times.. Coles album is fire
Love your breakdown as usual but that 12 bar was also probably also referring to a Disney movie called 12 Dogs go the heaven. So it might a triple.
your a fucking legend bro. love you when you are getting in your zone haha i was laughing hard. in a good way. keep up the good work
Cole's flow on this joint kinda remind me of Rick Ross, combined with the instrumental this is fucking amazing.
Here we frickin go boiz!
Laat album that got me this hyped as a whole was TPOB. Off-Season is 🔥
Someone already said it but you should do an album reaction one by one 🤙🏼

NGL, my heart broke a lil’ bit when he couldn’t recognize that was Killa Cam’Ron from The DipSet, 110th Street and Lenox Avenue’s Diplomat.
Still love Ernest and his channel. But, oof, that had me feeling some type of way for a minute, lol. 😅
That's Cam'Ron talking on the track.
Can’t believe this dude threw in a fucking Clapton reference man. Holy crap dude.
Damn that was fast
Watta grind 🔥
Ernest hit tf out of that violin lol
Sample is from the original “U Don’t Know” on the first Blueprint if I’m not mistaken. Essentially the same beat though
Love seeing Ernest in his bag..😄
You: "Ya'll don't know rap"
Also you: "Who is that talking??"
Haha thats Killa Cam my boy!! Hence the instrumental having that Dipset vibe to it. Love your reactions, keep up the work bro 👍
You are correct about the sample
The whole album is like him driving down 95 S. First track starts in NY then the other songs each play part to like the respective territory. Starts in NY and goes south to the southern states and his flow goes from NY rap to like south BunB style. Love it.
"you guys dont know what rap is" asks who killa cam is, im dyin lol
I was also thinking with the Krispy Kreme line, like donuts are bad for your health so they slowly killing cops lol bruh. This whole album is fuckin stooopid. Great reaction as always my brotha!
