What all stuff can be done on free version? I am just starting out with about 100-500 customer queries per month.
I just need a super simple chat bot with faqs.
Cant afford that fancy AI stuff yet.

On 1:03:08 , even after following all the previous steps, my published bot is not being shown in there to select. Actually, there is no option to select in there! Am I missing something? Any hits?

Again, I recommend reaching out to Freshchat's support team. i have developed the bot and used it on a certain conversation in the chat , it is not showing up on my local setup , am not using wordpress but it shouldn';t matter as the widget is popping up , just that there is no bot actions happening . also how do I close a chat and start a fresh one ? please help
