Wonderful finds. I love how you show how you styled the items. I love using pretty little vintage plates/saucers to go under my flower pots. Thank you for sharing.
3:00 is a stair basket. You put it at the bottom of your stairs to collect stuff that needs to go up. That way you only make one trip up instead of several for each item.
Julie... fabulous items! Yes, I agree about little plates and love transferware ! I have no idea what the wood item was used for, but it is grand ..love the wood tone! ! I hope someone knows what it is. That looked like a very nice Store. Wish we had them around us... Did your daughter get the small glass dome ! I am addicted to those things ! Yuck.. we are having your type of weather in NYS...91 today... 2 weeks ago we had 3 inches of snow 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ Have a blessed weekend and thanks for the great shopping trip...Next time let’s do coffee or Ice Cream 💛💛🌼💛💛
Thank you so much Jayne! I missed you last week. If you didn’t comment on this video I was headed to Insta to ck on you lol. It’s actually been raining here on and off for two weeks. We are soaked 😭. I think she did get the cloche. I honestly can’t remember. She checked out before me lol. Coffee sounds so good right now ☕️ have a blessed weekend Jayne!
@@ThrilledThrifter I never left a comment last time ??? Oh my goodness...it must have been one of my bad days and my mind not working straight. Seems to more of those lately... I got all excited when I saw you had posted a new thrifting video, you are my favorite thrifter. The odd looking basket is a stair basket. People put things in it that need to go upstairs at the end of the day. I love all the things you purchased and styled. I love the blouse Elizabeth bought. It's going to be perfect for the beach.
The basket is shaped like that to set on steps. The little plates are adorable on your wall. Everything was so cute as always. I did spot your soap dish ( I think that’s what it is) with old hand pump. It was adorable. Have a great weekend Julie. God bless 💜
I need a table that big for my family. We have 30+ if we were all together 🥰 and that is our immediate family .that basket is for stairs. I actually would like to have one.love all of your finds and how you decorate. I love decorating. ❤️ you are a joy to watch and how you love thrifting I too love thrifting. Most of my decor comes from thrift stores. ❣️❣️❣️I look forward to your videos. God Bless.
I loved your idea of hanging those little white plates on the side of your kitchen cabinet. I went thrifting today and found similar ones, I couldn’t read the bottom because of the 25 cent stickers, I got home and discovered they were Ironstone! My first ironstone dishes and it was by accident.
The soup tureen at 18:21 if it was as old as it looked may have been ironstone. Some ironstone had simple patterns like that. I’m basing guess of age as mid to late 1800’s based on the brown bloom looking spot on the inside. Other stuff to look for his weight, crazing, overall not to shiny glaze. And old or no marks on bottom. The other thing that looked old was the wear on edge that lid sits on. The oddity of piece is how gold decoration looked. Made me want to hold it and give it a good look over. And probably buy!! 😄
Hi Julie. Great video. I really liked that dark oval basket and the little round one, the ivory trinket box (?) that was by the pictures, that plate with the pretty blue flowers, the little urn, the octogon bowl and the leaves blanket (?) that you looked it. So many cute things! Have a great weekend and love to you and yours!
That funny shaped basket goes on your stairs. If you have a stairway in your house, you can put it at the bottom to put things in that need to go upstairs so your not constantly going to put things up stairs. The spoon holder can also be used to hang jewelry like necklaces and things. Happy thrifting. From a Nana in Texas.
I’m so glad to find your channel again. Somehow I was unsubscribed. I really like going thrifting with you all and I really love you sharing how you styled your things. 😊 Keep thrifting!

I wanted to share with you, that my husband took me thrifting yesterday. He knew, I have been binge watching your thift shopping videos. I watched some of your videos last year but for some reason I got away from watching. Thank you for sharing your hauls and decorating. I sure do wish I could tour your home. I was out thrifting yesterday to!! And no mask which was really weird. I thought since I work from home and thrift stores weren’t crowded it was acceptable risk for vaccinated person in my area. Wonderful freedom day off work, no mask, and fun stuff I can afford.
Thank you so much Joy! That means a lot. I hope you found you some wonderful things. I think I’ll do a small little home tour this sunny sometime when I have more time to film one.
That basket you were looking at was for two story home's because it great for placing at the bottom of the stairs so you can carry a few items upstairs and still use the other hand to hold onto the hand rail!!
I just bought and painted an oval planter almost identical to the green one. Mine looked horrible! Someone had attempted to gold leaf it and made a mess of it. It now looks beautiful!
I have so many lamps which I love so much I don’t want to part with any of them. It is ridiculous really, but I just love the light of lamps. Drying herbs, what a wonderful idea. Definitely getting one the next time I see a spoon rack. 👍
I buy all different luncheon plates, dinner plates and soup/salad bowls. I stack them in my pie safe and randomly pull out a pretty dish or bowl each meal time, just to have pretty surprise dish setting at each meal. I also mix and match placesettings with my teacups so I have beautiful tearoom luncheons fun with my friends and family.
I'm relatively new to your channel (subscribed 😊) and I love how you style your items. I cannot believe the prices at your stores! I thrift all the time and I haven't seen prices like that in a long time!

Loved everything you got..but those prices at that store.😕 The items you got had amazing prices Great finds!! The red and white plates we so pretty also. I am on a hunt for all different colors of transfer wear for the different seasons. Red and White is so pretty for Christmas on shelves.
The strange basket is for the stairs to put stuff you'll put away upstairs later when you go up. And the box shelf you bought is actually a shoe shine box. I really Love following you and watching as you take me along. GOD bless you and your family always ❤

Hello Julie I have been following your ideas to decorate western in my Condo. Enjoy seeing your family and getting ideas from them. I have found several rolling pins and some baskets Thanks CHERYL
Love the white pink flower bowl with the lid for $12.99, Lemon Meringue plate. I love how you purchase items to put in your home instead of resale it on E-bay. Very relaxing video.
Also you can keep a van of lice spray and plastic bag in the car when you know your thrifting. Place pillows or other fabric inside give a little spray and tie shut. Makes me feel as though I’ve done the best I can to keep the buggies away. Straight to the washing machine when I get home. Great video thanks for sharing again.
The basket is for the stairs. I think that wooden thing is for polishing your shoes. They put the polish in the small area and put the foot on the higher area to polish.
Julie is to go up next to your couch if you have crochet or knitting or something like that or you can put books at the top and your crochet are knitting in the Box
I enjoyed the trip to the thrift store, its great to see what different things you have on the shelves compared to here in the UK. I confess that I do get a thrill when I see plates etc that were made in the 1930's/40's onky 45 miles from my home. Those curtains were lovely and anyone buying them would get a real bargain. I was thinking about the strange wooden unit that you have turned into a shelf, I think it has something to do with shoe shining.
About the plates... I bet so! How fun is it to see that I bet. I love plates and saucers etc. I want all the cute cottage core style plates. Thank you so much for watching:)
That’s a stair basket; you leave it on your bottom stair until you’re ready to bring things upstairs.
Agree. My Godmother had 1 and so did my mama's other best friend
I learn something new everyday. I'm 67 and I pray I never stop learning. Thank you.

Oh really. Now I need to look that up and see. Thank you so much!
I thought the same except it seemed a little small to me so I was puzzled
Glad to see that I wasn't the only one who thought that.
The wooden box goes in an old shoe shine kit. The men would put their foot on this piece while the shoe was being cleaned and polished.
Thank you. Been reading through the comments for this answer.
Yes the basket is shaped to fit on a staircase. Handy for accumulating item's to take upstairs or down.
