It was very opportune. This was the last video I filmed on my old vlogging camera. I would be interested to know if you notice a difference from now on.
Thanks. Just had a major upgrade to my vlogging camera so hopefully you will notice an improvement in quality. Next week's video is part filmed on my old one and part filmed on the new.

Great video, Darrell. So frustrating about the card failure at the crucial moment. But that final image of the female pied flycatcher is excellent. Just one point: I think the bird that you identified as a song thrush is actually a mistle thrush. The cheek/ear covert pattern doesn't look right for song thrush, and the bird seems greyer overall, although no doubt the poor light contributes to that. Also, the spots that can be seen look rounded rather than the arrowhead markings on a song thrush.
Great video Darrell. I have just purchased the Z8 but having problems connecting it to my phone. Any advice in solving this problem would be much appreciated cheers.
That one of the little Blue Tit is absolutely adorable!
It is interesting how some images appeal more to other people. Glad you liked it.

@@DarrellOakdenPhotography Hi Darrell look forward to seeing the difference and will let you know. Thanks Jon and Sandra
2:15 I'm pretty confident it's a mistle thrush, great video as always!❤
I am rubbish at identification.
Great shot of the wren
Thank you.
beautiful indeed, thanks so much.
Thank you too! Glad you liked it.
Lovely shots, Darrell.
Many thanks!
Thanks Darrell for sharing your footage and photo captures, love the river woodland combination so diverse in wildlife, great video.
So many lovely places to explore.
Thanks for an interesting video and a great "bin bag" - a cheap and efeective solution to getting wet 🙂
Glad it was helpful!
Great shots in spite of the card failure. congratulations!!
Thanks a lot!
Super video again and I loved the wren and moss image, just gorgeous!

Thanks. Identification is not my strong point.
Such a beautiful place to go birding! New subscriber here✨
Thanks. It is my closest RSPB reserve so I do visit fairly often.
@@DarrellOakdenPhotography Awesome! ✨

Sorry, it is not something do.
You might want to consider getting a speedi gimbal on a monopod.
I will look in to it. The last couple of outings I gave gone hand held for speed.
