History:
ELMA was born in 1924 and in a short time it became a flourishing business, three plants and about 1,000 employees, dedicated on the one hand to pure and hard foundry, iron elbows for radiators and so on, and on the other, to the domestic sector.
The meat mincer or meat grinder is a kitchen utensil responsible for mincing the muscles of the meat into small parts. In part it replaces the chopping block in its chopping function. The invention of this device is due to the German engineer Karl Drais who in the 19th century devised a machine with a similar functionality for the first time. It is one of the most characteristic tools and one that can most frequently be seen in butcher shops.

Un trabajo excelente sí señor, enhorabuena. Yo acabo de resturar una ELMA 5 que utilizábamos en las matanzas que hacía mi padre en su pueblo hace 60 años. Sólo he utilizado cepillado alámbrico porque no tengo más equipo, y ha quedado bastante bien. Hoy he hecho mi primer picado de carne con ella.

Impresionante restauración maestro cómo siempre un trabajo ESPECTACULAR,no hay más que ver el resultado final, como pica toda esa carne y lo bien que huele cuando está en la sartén, el color muy apropiado, para que no se note la sangre, jajaja, en resumen ,ni de fábrica salió tan bonita, gracias por compartir sus conocimientos y experiencias,un cordial saludo y por supuesto un merecidísimo like desde Narón (Galicia)👍🤓😜
