You go Girl! We are all very proud of you!
Thanks so much, John!
Fun times! I can tell you are excited. You are hooked on it now and that will help you with the enthusiasm to continue learning! Good job!
Totally!! Now to nail my landings!
@@AgAviationAdventures The biggest thrill is when you finally get to solo! It will be here sooner than you think.
Nice. Winter is fun flying. Btw that stol kit on the old door slammer is nice. I had a 172 from 1995 thru 2007 it had the same stol kit with VGs. I traded it for one with out and boy it makes a difference. Can’t wait to watch this series. I still fly my old Cessna 188 spraying. Congrats Cally.
Thanks so much! Appreciate you being here. I kind of think I just want a 172 now 😀
@@AgAviationAdventures ha ha. The way the market is on Lowe’s. If you would’ve done it for years ago, you could’ve got it for half the price.
By the way, I’m 52yr old I got my private in 1989 at the age of 19 in a wore out 150 , total cost I think it was around $1800 🤣💦
Boy have times changed.
Congratulations on your first time on the controls. You are doing great and will be a fine pilot. Blessings.
Thank you so much, Bill!
You will do well because you have the right attitude and a good instructor. Nice to see a learning to fly video without all the crying and emotion of another channel.
Thanks for watching! Full disclosure there may be tears at some point 😂 you never know!
You did great! It’ll all come together quicker than you think and you’ll be flying ahead of the airplane instead of feeling like your chasing it. You got this!!!
Thank you for this!! Can't wait.
talking on the radio! 👍
😀 just wait for the video where we go to Sioux Falls and I talk to tower!! I was sweating the whole time.
This is great, really happy to watch you go through this process, love your work!
Thank you so much! Appreciate it!
Awesome!!!
Thanks!!
Congratulations on your first two flights! You did great, I was so impressed. It will become second nature to you before too long. Nice going! 👍
Ahh thanks so much!
Awesome video!
Ahh thanks guys!!
A great journey. Love watching how you get on.
Thanks so much!
You did awesome!!!
Thank you!!
Fabulous that you going for your certification. Awesomeness
So excited!!
Very cool! You're doing a great job! Keep at it.
Thank you!
Well-done, looking forward for more videos.
Thank you!!
Takes me back to how overwhelming it all is early on. It becomes second nature soon enough (98% of the time--there are always curveballs.)
Totally!!
Nice video! First time I’ve heard of using 1/2 carb heat. The scenery with the snow is unique. It’s 85 degrees here in south Louisiana.😊
Thank you!!!
Stay safe
Safety first!
I remember clearly my first flight, that lost nervous and exciting feeling.
Ahhh can't wait for my Solo episode to come out!! It was unreal.
WHAT---no wind in SD!
mark that day down on the calendar
One of about 14 calm days we get each year! 😉
😂 I mean it wasn't no wind but it wasn't lots of wind
👍👍🛩🛩
😀
I would kill to fly that Super Cub sprayer Riggins has, why aren't you starting off in a Citabria or other TW?
I’m interested in possibly a TW endorsement after my rating if time allows. This seemed like the quickest way to get my PPL as we are on limited time.
You will be surprised how quickly it starts to become easier and less stressful
Love to hear this!! Pattern work is stressful!
@@AgAviationAdventures Be glad your instructer is not your dad! He had massive hrs in Ag and everything else and was demanding to say the least. I got to fly with a couple other instructers a bit and all the stress was gone.
@@AgAviationAdventures But I sure miss dad, he passed in 94 of cancer. But he was in a seat until he started feeling bad about 6 months before he passed, Now he is on a wheat field in Eastern Wa
@@charlesdurham6793 I think that's how Tyson instructing me would be.
@@charlesdurham6793That's incredible. I'm sure he had LOTS of stories.
