    Suggestion to boost viewers; put in time stamps in the description, and offer bite sized clips (JRE style) of key concepts discussed.
    As mucg as a love long podcasts because of the quality of the discussion it allows, I don't often have the time to listen 1-3 hour episodes.

    It’s sad to see how most of the population are in need for more education about good nutrition , there are a lotta better choices out there; women in general for being the household in charge to raise kids and take care of their hubbies should focus more on learning to apply a healthy lifestyle, you tube offers thousand of videos to make recipes .. i ve been doing clean Keto and fasting and I have had great results , snacking is a big factor for becoming insulin resistant.

    But there's something grey about casual melatonin advise. While he may use it as one shot reset, he doesn't know if his customers would use it daily instead. Second problem is manufacturer quality. Third is that many manufacturers push 3mg pills, while 1/10th of that is also effective. Fourth, supp manufacturers would always have late access to drug delivery technology, say nano-emulsions for certain drug delivery.
