- Rehearsal at Spanky's house part 2. Lazy Day and my personal favorite Give A Damn. Spanky is off camera with the band who were all out of town with the Mamas and Papas, so they sent a tape. We had a blast. I'm posting this to honor founding members, NIgel Pickering and Kenny Hodges who went on to join the heavenly band. This clip is Nigel, Kenny Hodges, Laurie Beebe Lewis, Leslie Sahlen, Marc Andrew McClure, and Debbie Ryder in Sept 1990.
Lazy Day - one of my all time favorite songs by one of the greatest singers of all time. Loved all the harmonizing! Thanks.

This is 'so great' to see this down home get together by group members and friends. Shows a true love of such a fun, upbeat, and positive song. I loved their talents, selections, harmonies, and 'creative arrangements'. It's really special to see group members & friends truly enjoying their own songs. Confirmation of the assembled group by the wonderful Laurie Beebe Lewis:" Nigel Pickering the original member of the gang is far back and to his left with the curly hair is me, who was singer of the New Mamas & Papas, and Mark McClure, friend of Spanky, to the left of her. To the right of Nigel and facing forward is Leslie Sahlen and to the right of her is Kenny Hodges, another gang member. The person you can't see is Debbie Ryder." Hope this clears this up.
Yeah the person who is recording didn’t put a great deal of thought into this historic magical moment~🤷🏻♂️🤓
