hello i am curently designing a camper myself for long term travels ,,i did notice that your design really does have a high centre of gravity ,i really want to utilize all the space down to the axle level so im looking at 4 weels with idividual torsion suspension axles so the whole centre area is clear

Steel frame is heavier than the top. Still building the prototype. Top is foam with fiberglass. If you plan to ride great would use shorter frame and do a pop up to cut wind profile from trucks.

ill be doing the same high density foam with glass on top,ill be adding 2 hub motors to 2 of the 4 wheels though as ill be carring alot of weight,so the trailer is effectivly self powered it syncs with the bike via optical sensors and load sensor in the tow point and communicates to the 2 controllers in the bike and the 2 in the camper via can bus ,im going to be too wide for bike tracks though but thats ok ill be in this long term so comfort is high priority ,im thinking my frame will have to steel and alloy as long as they dont directly touchsteel lower and alloy upper ,as repairs on the go are a nightmare @@ED3
