you are so right: in Germany there is fear about sharing the land with the natural creatures! I am born in Germany in 1944. Came to America in 59- During the decades living in the U-S. I adapted to experiencing Joy from seeing the abundant wildlife! Cougars, Baers as well as the more common animals: Skunk, Racoon, Deer etc. many Reptiles...added to the incredibly majestic scenery and the Welcoming, generous nature of the People! I enjoy your dedication to living in harmony with all! What a courageous path you have chosen to live! You are bringing your positive German cultural impressions and skills, to your new Home and, adding much Goodness and loving embracing!
all i know is if a bear is following its your friend. if a cougar is following you its kill or be killed. tough but cant let a 40 pounds a muscle killing machine eat you alive D=

Where we live there are Coyotes, Wild Bores, Wild Donkeys, Wild Rabbits, Rattlesnakes, Owls , Hummingbirds, Hawks, Turkey Vultures, Once in a while Mountain Lions and a few other birds here in Western Arizona Desert. I truly enjoyed your video. Can't wait to see your next wideo.

I live in Nanaimo! Same special animals down here - we get cougars and bears wandering through the neighbourhoods from time to time. Deer abound, but the most populous animal appears to be the abandoned rabbits at Vancouver Island University that were originally dumped by people and reproduced with... well, abandon!

In Florida we have many alligators and bears and hogs also panthers and coyotes also raccoons ,squrrils , otters,beavers,bobcats,fox,are some also deer.

@@Intothewild-kikiandleon yes they are even attacking some older people in retirement villages 1 elderly lady was killed by one coming out lake behind her home a few monthes ago .Like sharks you have to be aware they can get you underwater or gators can run 30-40miles per hour.Its not common they attack but so many people move here and feed them which makes them more dangerous.
Im living off grid next to game trail. In 5 days I got 69 pictures, 34 black bears, 5 bear cubs, mt lion with 2 cubs, deer, raccoons, coyotes. All this game north pf shwlton Washington up from Hoods Canal!

Hi. In our environment is nothing that interesting, like your bears and cougars. But we have dog that behaves quite like a cat (Malamute) :-) When I was a kid, there was a rope like that in your video, in our spots-hall. I loved it and climbed up to the ceiling, when a horrified teacher ordered me screaming to come down. The teacher could not imagine, how I used to climb trees .... Jake and nicole thought their great following was because of them that they were so popular on youtube, but they were so popular for how they have changed the place and created a home, how they made other people want that lifestyle, but i did love them there, they made the place great. I hope the new people can carry that legacy on there, and don't quit as well. They should just have longer episodes

to eliminate the snails, I read that diatomaceous earth earth will eliminate them. Its a natural powder but is like broken glass to insects.

So she was in Canada for the first time and she loved it! One of her favorites was san Josef bay with the beautiful white sandy beach🏖 She was also very impressed of our way of living and in general the stunning nature here🌿

@@suezqcamacho in a previous video from Jake and Nicole they state they aren’t planning to come back for years or maybe at all. I do understand being too far from medical care while pregnant given Nicole’s last experience.
Because he doesn't know how to do a real carpentry like framing the walls and sets the windows etc.
He can learn it in RUclips ... a lot of first timer are just copying some other vloggers ... documented there adventures building their own containers 😂😅😅
It is so disapointing, i waa so seeing forward to that project, and see them raise their children there, away from this influential upside down world. What i would give to live such a life
If I could give them some advise, it would be please be honest. Tell your audience what is really going on. Are you buying the place? Is the crazy shipping container 'house' ever going to be finished? Are you guys financially independent, how do you make money? Off You Tube like Jake? One thing you have going for you. You two really seem like a loving couple. Unlike Jake and Nicole.
