Still this salary is on a higher end as per median income in IT with 3years experience

@@pranavtripathi791 Somehow as per statistics I disagree. As per statistics the average Bangalore salary with 5 years experience is around 12-15lpa... There was a study conducted around it...
Plus if we consider all job professions then in 5 years AVG is around 8lacs.

I am always amazed by the rent these guys are paying in the videos. How come people are able to find houses with maid in 15-20k or so.
I along with everyone I know in Bangalore pay much higher rent.
Would be helpful if you could add the area of Bangalore as well. That will add another dimension to the video.
I also pay 13k rent for a decent 2bhk in bangalore. Location is Hosa road.
Actually the thing is what we see online and by these broker is just for 10% properties. 90% properties are still cheaper and only accessible offline. When I look for a place I don't hear anyone and think 1st principal, so let's find out home under 5k if failed then 10k and so on. Totally unbiased and first principal approach.
Now I know how Bajaj finance is growing at such rapid pace!

We have a portfolio of 1 CR, bought a loan free car and 2bhk 1 cr+ flat with 25L loan, possession next year. We have overall expense with emi rent and house help is 70k
