Just ignore them simple as that. My ex messaged me on FB through a fake profile today saying that I messaged her when I never did as I have her blocked on everything. Was a trap to try and get me talking, it didn't work.
That's a good reason to ignore. I talked about this in another video.
Sometimes you might respond with a cold and short message when your ex contacts you during the no contact period.
My ex texted me saying she has forgiven me. And it's been 10 years since we broke up. She wants us to be friends. And we were talking about old things we used to do together when we were younger. I didn't know what to say, so i said i was sorry. Because I know it was my fault that we broke up. And now i feel better. Never had the opportunity to say im sorry. And now that i did say that i feel really good. No regrets on doing it even though its been 10 years

Great advice if things ended amicably. You don't need to be reconnect with all ex's. You can simply block, delete and move on with your life. You don't need to know how they are doing vice versa.. Glow up, move on and wish them well from a distance

I really want to say don't respond, which is choice 1, but I can't stop laughing at the potential responses to this to which you will never respond back to just to leave his mind fucked. Example responses" "fair enuff" or "How dare you...." it's the only solution. And then never say anything again.

My ex fiancee reached out after NC for several months. She mailed me old photos and inside a Valentine's card containing a letter stating her feelings were real and she won't feel true love again. I responded three hours later saying, “ nothing much honey bunch, all is very well thank you for asking. Rocking a smile till the wheels fall off!.........didn’t get any kind of response after that but I’m really ok with it. What do you think? Did I mess up by responding or was it ok?

I never advise you ignore your ex. If they message you with a question or even a statement, always respond. You just don't continue the conversation. If you ignore, your ex will think you're still upset or affected which is NOT how you get them back. A lot of times you need to use counter-intuitive methods to get your ex back.

Doesn't it just depend on the circumstances? I don't want my ex back she dumped me in Oct and tbh did my job for me as I was thinking how to break up with her. She wanted me to fight for her after dumping me I said bye. Last contact was early November. Then today she messages out of the blue saying I messaged her (this was on FB) but she's blocked on everything and I haven't thought about her since. I blocked her on messenger (as she was using messenger without a FB profile) and that was it job done. I don't want her back in my life.

Long distance is really difficult, texting and (video) calling tends to kill the attraction. It only works when both are truly in love and planning to meet up again.
@@luca_rr4660well, the break up happened in person. I think that the no contact can be applied no matter if it was a long or close distance relationship.
@@mariannakrejniuk6858 Yes it can be applied for long distance also. You can change the name of your ex in your phone to "don't push him/her away" or "don't contact me" mark a date on your agenda when you may want to initiate contact, and on that date figure out if it's worth it to contact your ex again, and be prepared for no response if you contact. Meanwhile work on yourself. Good luck.

She dumped you, so she needs to come back and prove herself again. Effort is a barometer of interest. I think she just wanted to see if she still had power over you. You responded, and proved to her that she does. If she really wants you to be a part of her life, she will put you there. Your greatest power is in willingness to walk away. That's what will instill in her a sense of loss. People always want what they can't have. Focus on moving on and building yourself to be a better man. That way, you'll either attract her back, or attract someone better.
Some people are in your life for a season and some for a lifetime. My ex was a season don’t call or text me.

I went through the same thing. I was with this person for 2yrs. He said he let his ex move back in because of the children when they were actually back together. Just move on, try to make your life flourish and find someone who will be great for you and only you.
