I accidentally erased my "john frusciante style" few month ago.
so i updated my guitar solo and some improvisation in the last part.
this time, i used garageband instead of using loop station.
enjoy!
Equipments I used
Guitar: Fender custom shop "Time Machine Series made in 2008"
Pick up: Fender Custom Shop Fat '60s Stratocaster
*Guitar neck has been replaced to Brazilian rosewood finger board. it is not fender's.

To answer all your questions about scales, you can use either the Dorian or Aeolian scales in C#/Db to play over the chord progression

Man, I love you! You've got the Frusciante sound, but everybody hears the difference between his and yours. And you've got your own Frusciante based style. That's how to develop individuality. You're not a copy, you are influenced.

I try to learn scale. but I could not make it. but John frusciante, Jimmy page, hendrix, are the ones who taught me how to play pentatonic scale.

Gabriel Asplund sounds like the ds-1/2 stacked with the WH10
its a ds2 with all the knobs on 10 and on turbo mode (mode 2) and an ibanez wh-10 with the depth also on 10 :)

I watched in 2012 and I still haven’t gotten tired of listening to it. Can you do a tutorial on the solo?
Try slowing down the video and learning by ear. Its not that hard and you become a better guitarist for it.
Lately I've been writing a lot in C#minor, I don't know what it is with that scale but you just showed it can be something special!
