IMPORTANT! - I made a mistake, APPLE LOG actually shoots in HDR not SDR. So your Input Colorspace should be REC 2020 not REC 709

Thanks for the video. Can you please explain why you do the input and output colour transforms in two separate nodes? All the other tutorials I've seen combine them into one, and just have that CST node after all the exposure, etc. adjustments.

The first cst changes it from camera colorspace to DWG. We grade in DWG and then use the last cst to change it from DWG to rec 709

Based on some of your other videos I have been using the HSV Sat for a few months now, although I mostly just used the Offset wheel and it gave better results than using normal RGB and the Saturation slider. But i think your approach of using Gain/Gamma wheels in HSV takes it to a whole new level of control. I re-graded some of some footage last night as an experiment and this will be my default way of managing saturation going forward. Thanks for this insight!
