  • This video is focused on managing emotional patients within a consultation setting, and though this is a broad term, we will be concentrating on trickier situations like where a patient is angry or sad.

The vedio is greatly informative. But, is it possible to put accurate subtitles or try reducing the rate of speech of the patient and health care worker? The accent can be quite challenging for those whose first language is not English and they are unfamiliar with the presented accent. Hope you might consider. Thanks again for the vedio.

We appreciate your feedback, it's very important to us! We are aiming to have accurate subtitles in all our videos to make it as inclusive as we can, so if they aren't published with the video, they will be updated within a week of the release, we hope that has resolved the issue!

I don't agree really. The patient should be upset because of her situation.

Absolutely, we wanted to portray different scenarios using the same patient. Thank you for your comment!
