A Boat of Honor: FDNYs fireboat "Three Forty Three."

The worlds most most powerful fireboat, FDNYs 'Three Forty Three', puts on a water display off the south end of Manhattan during a maritime parade on Sept 10th 2021, commemorating the 20th anniversary of what is considered the greatest maritime evacuation in history, the rescue of over 500,000 people from Manhattan on 9/11.
Christened on Sept 11, 2009 and placed in service the following year, Three Fourty Three is named in honor of the FDNY members who died in the line of duty on 9/11.
