@@Expo- Exactly! Even in this interview, he's trying to put lipstick on a pig. Sanders was always destined to fail at Colorado because he's nothing but a self-promoting and undisciplined narcissist!
He's side skirting the issue with Colorado. Honestly, would rather him just say he's not going to give analysis there because he's connected to the program, and it would be detrimental to his relationship with the program to be realistic about them. That would tell us everything about how he sees them without actually saying it
Joel forgot a huge point about USC's D: the way they communicate. I heard D'Anton speak about the way they communicate during a game from the sideline, to the players, and how the players communicate amongst each other. I bet this a a HUGE improvement from the Grinch days! ✌
As a lifelong Texas fan even tho I’m 25 rn Sark is the best thing to happen to Texas in my lifetime. So much hype for the school, players all over wanting to come there. Don’t get me wrong $$ plays a big roll. And yes 05 won the championship, 09 we were close with Colt McCoy. But man I’ve never seen Texas fans this hyped about the team. Then you got fans of other teams saying this Texas team is scary and giving them their praise. It’s just great to be a fan.
No way it's 3 unless Williams and Campbell just really jump this year. Think Majors is playing himself into a 4th or 5th round pick or so. I hope Cam Williams and Campbell decide they need an extra year of seasoning, but if not, then so be it.
Yep, I'll bet they're putting together a big NIL package for him. I think he's gone after his second or third year as the calling from the "no fun league" will be overwhelming at that point.
This year is going to be nuts ! As a Vol fan, I love my Nico, but Ewers , Jackson Dart, Cam Rising, Miller Moss....man, there is a wealth of guys at QB. Receivers, RBs, and QBs all over. ND isn't going to be the only surprise this year ( but it might be the biggest).
The one issue I worry about with Ewers is that he lobs the ball when he throws when they need to be a bullet. It's what cost Texas from beating Washington last year. Quinn lobbed it to Mitchell instead of bullet, and so the corner was able to swat it away.
The play call was for a fade. Sark specifically told him to put it up and let AD go get it. Should he have seen the coverage and adjusted? Sure, but it was an underclassman QB instructed by his coach and primed to make a certain throw. Fortunately, 21 y/o football players can get better, and he appears to still be learning and improving.
Idk mate, I’ve definitely seen Quinn throw some darts. But what makes him so great is his touch. He’s puts perfect touch on his passes so they basically fall right into the receivers’ laps.
Diego, Chris, and Bobx sorry, but you are all wrong. It was a perfect call and execution by Quinn and Mitchell. The DB had his left hand on Mitchell's left shoulder and held because he could not reach the ball and it made Mitchell not be able to rise up to the ball which would have been an easy catch. It was shown plainly on replay. The ref did not call it b/c of the big 12 commissioner.
@@larrytischler570 yeah it was probably interference. If Quinn sees the coverage is behind AD, and simply throws a flat pass at AD’s chest then he catches it in spite of the interference and we play Michigan in the CFB Final.
Agree 100%. They seem like a team in the group who can win it all like Georgia, Texas, OSU, Bama. I think they're the cutoff though. Maybe Tennessee with their QB. From PSU fan
I'd put Ole Miss over Alabama right now. Bama really struggled against USF until the 4th quarter. Ohio State is possibly the most talented team in football but their schedule may hurt them in the end. Oregon, Michigan, and Penn State have looked terrible so far and don't look like they can test Ohio St. OSU may roll through the B1G this year and not face a real challenge until they run up against Texas or UGA and that may hurt them in the CFP. Cowherd is a USC homer so I'm waiting for USC and Miami to show me more.
Maybe im missing it but the more I watch Texas the more I can’t understand Quinn Ewers slander, he looks like a good player to me I understand CU is klatt’s school so he can’t be objective. But he keeps bringing out that same tired excuses “at least they’re relevant” dude they hired one of the greatest athletes in American sports to coach their team, he brought in a top flight qb, and the best player in the country at wr/cb. Of course they’re relevant. But eventually you need to substantiate the talk, Rhule is building a real program, Deion is just yapping. Congrats they’re printing cash, but they’re awful on the field.
Yeah Even against Michigan he had some questionable throws that he's lucky didn't turn into interceptions... Plus I think the biggest reason why is cuz people want to see Arch Manning play.. And we've seen a little bit of them what we've seen so far he's going to be damn good
I think if Quinn could've had all of 2022 he would be better established among CFB fans. The injury in the Alabama game really changed the tractory of the team and affected his confidence that season.
