- We are making BOBA CHEESECAKE! We are using an easy 5-ingredient recipe which was adapted from Mama Meimei's secret cheesecake recipe that she's been making for me my whole life. That's great that your mom was able to help you cook this dish, and that she normally makes this cheese cake recipe at home. It seemed really simple, and pretty quick to put together for the cheesecake. Which is always great when baking, as it can be lengthy at times. You want to know an easy way to get egg shells out of the bowl? Is to use 1/2 of the shell you already cracked, and it will stick to the piece stuck in the bowl!!
omg i'm SO DOWN for boba cheesecake! in the Philippines we have tofu with tapioca pearls and this seems like a thicker, creamier version!
Ooo that tofu dessert sounds delicious!! I imagine it’s similar to the Chinese tofu pudding dessert but I haven’t seen many with boba in it!

That's awesome you can find a store bought graham crackers shell for cake, I don't think we can find one here.
I remember I have to always make my own crumbs for the cheesecake by using food processors and press it hard to the bottom of the pan.

Since you can't refrigerate boba, do you have to eat it the same day it's made? Or will it stay ok on the counter for a couple days?? We have zero knowledge on boba girl! LOL..
