HELLO FRIENDS!! Here is a weird video we made where I melted every soap from Lush together into a few different batches of franken-soap!! This type of franken-experiment has worked well in the past across a wide array of products like lipsticks, foundations, candles, and bath bombs (also from Lush!) - and as some of you may know, over the years I have developed a bit of a soap fixation, having recreated a couple different soap art tutorials, as well as several bizarre soap art hacks from the internet. So I was excited to combine these two interests together by mixing every single soap from a single store to see what kind of soap bar we could whip up. What did you think of our final product??

the shot lookin inside the grater was so cool! The lighting made the soap look futuristic with the lights shining through the soap shavings!!!
As a Lush employee of 5+ years, I was absolutely jazzed to see you finally make a Lush franken-soap!! So intrigued by what the final product smells like. Pumpkin spice/figs and leaves are so distinct on their own, so makes sense that they’re overpowering the other notes. Hoping to get my hands on one of the slices! :D

18:29 The reason for the difference with the consistency of why it became a full liquid vs a rebatched mass, is because Lush's soaps are "Melt and Pour" soaps, which are designed to be easily meltable, and turn into a liquid.
“Kaleidosoap” would be a cool name for the clear one maybe! Or “Everything but the Bathroom Sink”?? “Frankenfetti” perhaps???

The Franken-Series is honestly just so calming to watch, all these soaps turned out super cool!
This gives me Cristine's peely bag vibes and I love it.
I really love "Frankenfetti" for the clear soaps as it perfectly fits your channel. I'd probably call the cake-like one "Smells like teen spirit" as it smells kinda odd. And for the layered one, I'd suggest "stay at the 3 seasons" as it seems to include seasonal scents.
There's always something fascinating about watching you franken a whole category of items. And I'm really enjoying your adventures in soap-making, too! Some really neat results from this time around: they're all great, but you're right that the little succulent soaps and the transparent funfetti ones really turned out well! Thanks for the fun video, as always!

these franken videos appeal directly to the child in me that would “do chemistry” in the shower with all my parents different soap, shampoo, and conditioner. they’re my favorite, don’t feel bad for making more!!
oh will you have a blast when you find out that you can help save the world and your wallet by saving the little tiny pieces of left over dying soap instead of letting it melt in your shower and do exactly this!! i do this cuz im poor, and since we dont have lush here the scents are usually easily blending together. another thing is getting an exfoliating soap bag and filling the back with said pieces but thats less chemistry-y and also i am not generally a fan of non chemical exfoliation and dont recommend it unless you have super coarse skin
i think "why is it spicy" would be a great name for the franken funfettie, "nose surprise party" for the clear funfettie one, and the neopolitan one should be "pumpkin spice strikes again"

I've only watched a couple of her videos but she seems to have like the best personality you could ever want in a significant other.

I don’t understand how you can keep me entertained for over half an hour while just shredding soaps. It’s like no matter what the video is about, you make it so relaxing and fun to watch that I could enjoy it for hours on end and not be bored.

I am shocked that the soap melted down so well, and that so many bars turned out gorgeously! The succulents bars were my personal favourite, so understated and lovely!

The clear one with confetti should be called Save the Seas since it kinda looks like floating sea trash and it fits with the RUclips movement you're shouting out.

I loved mixing spices as a kid and putting them on sandwiches and making my family try them.

The flakes in clear soap almost looks like glass art, so pretty! These franken videos will always be a lot of fun to watch

As someone who works at lush I can’t tell you how happy this makes me considering I have been thinking about this for awhile. Also I can tell you many people have tried our soaps and have been horrified to figure we’re not a candy store lol 🧼. I do encourage you to try mixing our bubble bars as well! They’re super fun and we are really stocked with them now!

I love that this series is called the "bad science" series when in reality the videos are actually quite educational! I really respect and appreciate how much research and effort Saf puts into her videos. you can tell that she cares a lot about what she's doing and it makes them so much more interesting to watch.
