Shadow boxing is an exercise used in far more disciplines than just boxing. Martial artists of a wide variety of fighting styles shadow box. While what I'm doing in these videos isn't genuine Kendo or Kenjutsu, it is a form of swordsmanship and weapons training semantically speaking. Using a sword, even a plastic one like in this video and the other two ones I made with it can be accurately described as doing a martial art, at least in my opinion. Shurikenjutsu and Bojutsu are both subsidiaries of NInjutsu, and legitimate components of that combat system. Just my thoughts.

you could get yourself some opponent because i doubt that shadowslicing works as good as shadow boxing in boxing
