I know we're supposed to ignore the clear 1x1 stud towers because they are just supports, but I think in some parts of this they actually sort of act as a cool particle effect. Like at first I thought it was supposed to be sand being splashed upwards by bullets

Yeah it’s a computer effect frame blending. It takes extra pictures between frames so it’s a lot smoother
