Russian aerodynamics definitely are superior to the west designs but it's due to the fact that at the time they didn't have access to the same computers like the west. their planes needed to be able to fly on their own where a lot of planes the west has won't fly without the computer technology making it possible. I would assume that's changed now.

They are Ruzzian made but flown by Malaysia AF an Alley nation. We probably refuel All out allies if they need it, good training. That requires such precision by All involved! I think they can refuel 2 at same time? That has to be super skill? So much could go wrong w No time to react! Kudos to USAF! From Former USMC

Meanwhile, the Hornets are still operational today. The Su-30MKM, however, features upgraded Western avionics and is capable of deploying Western ordnance. They look particularly impressive in their NATO-inspired color scheme. The best looker of all SU-30s.
Many females are air refueling operators in the KC-135 because of the tiny space they have to work in, laying on their stomachs, way back near the tail section

The RMAF jets do drogue refuelling with the RMAF A400M's on a regular basis. So the pilots are quite familiar with the technique.
