Rear facing video the S20+ had the best stabilization while while the Note 10+ had the more details. When it came down to daylight pictures I didn't see much of a difference between the two look almost the same in detail besides the slight difference in color science. Zoom of course goes to the S20+ and wins by a long shot. Front facing video the S20+ under exposed while the note 10+ plus over exposed S20+ better stabilization but I think over all the Note 10+ front facing video was better slightly sharper details even if the background became over exposed it didn't over expose on its subjext which was Eazy!
I think the quality in both phones r great but is a matter of choices. Note + more realistic colours and s20+ more sharpened colours. U decide which one u like more. Great Review!

I just saw some genuine Xperia 1ii camera images and video on a few Japanese videos (there are a lot of videos which claim to be showing Xperia 1ii images but they are misleading videos as the device is still only available in Japan). And I have to say Sony finally has outdone themselves. Amazingly authentic color and very natural processing (They already had accurate color reproduction but their sharpening was little too much to be natural looking). Image Stabilization too has been well sorted. Reproducing Red color authentically is something most phone cameras find hard to realize. But I am quite sure that the Xperia 1ii will have the most faithful color reproduction out of all the Samsungs and iphones and whatevers. Add the fact that, as usual whenever any Samsung phone sees green grass and blue sky together it always ends up looking like that windows XP wallpaper. Just wait for some genuine English language reviews of that Xperia 1ii and you will understand what I am trying to say. I have an Xperia XZ2 Compact, a Galaxy note 10 Plus and an iphone 11 pro. And I have to say The Xperia XZ2 Compact nails the colors, every time better than the galaxy and iphone. Just because of the way that the general population has started liking fake colors and unnatural images, the only thing in terms of camera performance that the galaxy and iphone has going in their favor is the equally fake HDR and saturated unauthentic colors plus the warmed up skin tones and the fake bokeh. Notice how every time an iphone captures portraits, it automatically turns the skin tones warm as warm skin tones rarely look bad. And notice how, whenever a Samsung phone detects a landscape image it boosts green and blue saturation to the maximum. Nice video. Just no low light testing. On the tech side, white balance has to do with colors and not with light. What happened there was your HDR trying to darken the sky while keeping you also visible (Dynamic range). Everything cool man.
It was a great video. You moving around and doing the video showed us clearly how both the phones perform when taking a video. I would've loved some selfie pics though.

I read through the comments and people are defending their purchase big time, which I understand when it comes to the amount of money we're talking about. Samsung made an outstanding phone in the Note 10 Plus, in my opinion if you have the Note 10 Plus you should hold onto it, at least until the Note 20 Plus comes out, again, just my opinion. I have the S20 Plus but I have to admit, the Note 10 Plus out performs it in some of the shots.
I just sat here with a bunch of friends. We noticed that all your photos of the Note 10 have a yellow tint placed over each photo and video. You can see the line to the right about 3/4 if the way through. Is this from post production?

I remember when my s8 had pro mode, could get some amazing video quality out of it. Unreal that they took it away. But at least there's a food filter....
Too much red oversaturation sizzle in the s20 ultra. If they could lower that saturation in the reds in an update, it would be much better in auto mode. Still, the ultra is slightly nicer
After hearing S20 mic record sound. I stopped the video fast forward s20 sound recordings and listen them. Then i do the same thing for Note 10. S20 sound recordings garbage, S20 Video and picture colors are very saturated sometimes no detail seeing because of the saturated colors. I think S20 cam and mic software very problematic maybe hardware not good as early series but it is not acceptable for this Price range . But Note 10 plus... maybe this Note series is the New king of the cam and voice recordings.

I tried using my old note 5 compare to note 10 camera the notr 5 performe alot better.... not sure why... we need a alternative to note phone... someyhing thats powerful enuf to match samsung one and reasonable priced. (My note 9 was water damaged when i got it into the pool for 3 mins... ) not sure why but note 5 have a very camera...
@@hunk6890 im using a 4k monitor to view. Lolll. Dont bet if you speculate. And set the resolution to 1080p60 . Very obvious some of the flowers pics tbe note 10plus lost. Abit blury on the focus. Only the end of the video when he is recording the auto focus on lighting works abit better

The Note10+ overexpose in some cases but not much. I think this can be fixed with a new update, but seriously I think Samsung dont want that😂. The zoom is in another leage in the S20+. For me i prefer the Note10+, lower price, good video recording with the front and rear camera, excellent mic, beautiful photos and the SPen. Nice video! Cheers.

I bought a brand new Note 10 Plus Aura Glow off Ebay yesterday for $699. Already half price.
I think the quality in both phones r great but is a matter of choices. Note + more realistic colours and s20+ more sharpened colours. U decide which one u like more. Great Review!
