Like how you have all of your Japanese version of games all together mate! I've have several Japanese version of games myself for both the PSP & Nintendo Switch.
Really excellent collection. I love the japanese box art. I have a handfull or two of Japansese games. I can't read Japanese at all, and I think I am the only collector that puts English translations on the spines of their Japanese games. I use google's image translation to play my Japanese games. I think you are right and fan translations would be a better option.
That was cool really enjoyed your Sound Track Collection! Will be re-watching this video in the future when i get around to buying more video game music to my collection! Thanks for the Retro Break!
I want everything you have here haha. Thanks for sharing this mate as usual 13:24 you should get the megaman ledgends 1 and 2 from japan when you can one day :)
I have a few Japanese games but mine is mostly DS and some loose GBA and Gameboy games..... I'd like to do something much more with it and the lack of information on the DS and GBA games is weirdly lacking unless you do a Japanese search. I don't play translated versions I play the original as intended I usually don't have a problem even without understanding it
Very nice! Can you elaborate on how you translated the Japanese text? You are using a modded machine? Just got into my Super Famicom collecting after years so thus far only have beat em ups, shmups etc. thank you! Japanese artwork is on a different level.

Wow! Umihara Kawase! I only have the super famicom loose cartridge.
I suck at Touhou games, but I freaking love the Touhou music. I also agree with Mountain of Faith is the best.

When should you start collecting Japanese games? Are they worth it?
Now, and yes.
I think they're worth it.
In Japan you can get 'em pretty cheap. Also the box art of most of these games are beautiful!
Artpieces 👌
Never been a better time as you can buy direct from Japan now. And google translate on your phone helps you play Japanese games.
