Hi! We could use it pretty much every where. Not within the city centre though. Hadn’t registered anywhere or taken any permission before using it. Just took a chance and got lucky I guess. 😊
Nizami street & old Baku are five mins walking distance apart and both the areas are equally stunning, so you can stay anywhere. It’s almost the same thing.
