- Well, aren't we clever little bunnies! Today, we installed an Android 11.0 Tesla style multimedia system into this Bentley Continental and the customer was ecstatic. It allowed him to throw all his apps from his phone direct onto the CarPlay of the system. Not only this, he added all his favourite apps onto the Android application centre so he could keep his kids quiet with Netflix, RUclips and angry birds for his Mrs! :)

loving the install i'm planning on getting mine done soon. I am based in London so your quite far, but if i come down how long does it take to install?
Does it interfere with the small monitor display of gps location?? I know no one uses that but I like it keep it in the background.
If it's the one behind the wheel, it's not touched, if it's on the original screen you probably would lose it
Does this let you change from metric to imperial for the dash as well not just the head unit? And does rear ac still work on the flying spur with this?
just wonder cant we set up the level up and down for shocks after we change to andriod one or do we have to update anything
HI, try changing the CAR MODEL option in the password protected factory settings menu. Ask your vendor for the password. Ours is 123456 or 3368, you can try this.

Does this connect to the Bentley rear camera?
It doesn't work with the car's original reverse camera, we had to install an aftermarket camera to get reverse image on this system
Can you play DVDs or only cds?
I think this unit only works with the car's original CD changer for physically putting CD's into it, but you can put files from pendrives onto the system, or use things like Netflix or RUclips etc to watch DVD/Films
Does this have camera options?
It does, you can put a rear/front camera to it, and a dash cam if you'd like too
I would love to know how to adjust the internal Mic volume :)
Is the mic too loud or quiet, and is it on the CarPlay mode, or via the Android OS side, if it's the Apple CarPlay side try changing the channels from right to left, we had one in the other day and gave that a go and it seemed to fix it
@@iceboxauto I'll give that a look. I assume the setting exists in the CarPlay application to change sides?
I primarily use CarPlay, so I'm not 100% sure if the problem is pervasive throughout all the applications.

@@iceboxauto i still cant control or set the suspension when i try to set up its doesnt go toguh in this page or do i have to update or reset the andorid again
so far so good but after a few months all these systems begin to make trouble and have some major issues
The main thing is usually people cheap out on the Spec of the units, getting 2/32GB of RAM and ROM, and ones with less than 6-core processors, funnily enough we're installing one this morning, so we'll probably have an updated video to show, we usually recommend giving the system a factory reset a few months down the line, as well as seeking firmware updates often

@@Kassiusday we usually recommend doing one every half a year, just to keep the cookies, ad temporary files you accumulate at a minimum, as well as to give the system a chance to re-install the applications, incase of any bugs

And what about those who have that device installed from factory Tesla cars. do they face the same issue . Also do you think this feature could decrease the value of the car since it’s not in its original condition ? Although I wd prefer to have this device installed anyway .. the current device is useless .. also it seems that. Tyres sensors need to be replaced to work properly .. as fuel consumption ?
