I cannot picture either one of you eating out unless you are traveling. Aaron your cooking style is impeccable and your presentation is spot on. Claire you are a gem, however I have no doubt that if you ever did make something she didn't care for. She would be both honest and objective. Her reactions are priceless! People should be able to see photos of your dishes in their local food magazines. cabbage is typically the side dish for katsu cuz it helps the stomach when dealing with oily foods. a must have for any katsu dish.
