Oh yayy!!! I didn't use Pinterest for the longest time. Now it's one of my favorite apps. When I get dressed I scroll through my boards to find outfit inspiration. It's made life sooo much easier and I also feel like my outfits are more unique.
As a guy, I really love the kind of neutral formal aesthetic. It really helps when you've got layers like coats, vests, blazers, and collared shirts. And don't wear sneakers in formal outfits and accessories is key to a great outfit. I would really like to hear your thoughts about attires on what's appropriate and what's not in different types of settings.
Thank you for this video. You have truly peaked my interest in sustainable fashion and I thank you for that. I love that you don’t just show off what you have but you give practical advice. Continue do what you’re doing I love it.
🙏🏼🙏🏼thank you! I’ve thrifted all my life. Largely out of need when I was growing up. I’m happy to see that it’s becoming widely accepted and not looked down upon. 98/99% of what I wear is thrifted. If I can’t find a piece thrifting then I do my best to purchase from a sustainable retailer. I got very inspired when I searched for Miss USA wardrobe. It was so expensive to prep for the competition that I started thrifting more and making a effort to upcycle pieces. So happy to share them ♥️
You can get beautiful wool coats at estate sales for ten dollars. I got a beautiful vest for two dollars at an estate sale. This one can be worn with a white long sleeve shirt, tee shirt or wear it alone . I love shopping at estate shopping because most things high quality and in US. Great video.
You've mentioned princess Diana a lot in this video is she one of your style icons if not then who would you call your style icons and I mean the people you draw inspo from when styling yourself?
She was my role model as a little girl. I really love her casual style and definitely use it as inspiration :) But my main style influences are actually decades. I love when an outfit is inspired by a certain decade.
Just happen to stumble upon your channel & I’m glad I did! A very thorough description of the Old Money Aesthetic that I covet and follow for my own personal style. Thank you! ❤
You've inspired me to make a new pinterest board. I've never thought to save particular outfits and then search for those exact items when thrifting.

Me too. And it’s great because with a few pieces, you’ll always have something stylish to wear.

Queen back at it again ✨
🥰🥰
And make friends with a good alterations place - clothes that sag, bag, and are ill-fitting are definitely not the desired aesthetic!
This is why I sew 🙈
Thank you for your time and the good advices. Beautiful outfits! 👠
You’re very welcome ☺️
So true how flashy labels are not old money

During the whole video I couldn't help but thinking that you look a lot like a blonde Meghan Markle! First time in your channel, loved this video :)
