poole was the best detective by far
Poole and Camile were the best... and she is gorgeous!!!!
The best pair on Death in Paradise. They loved each other but he was too aware of what expressing his feelings to her might mean for their careers. Best to have her everyday in his life than to risk his job and not have her around. He struggled with his feelings. Ben Miller mentioned in a behind the scenes video that he wished the writers would have allowed Richard and Camille to "get together". I think that shows the bond and chemistry they had.
A romance which never quite got past the start line, yet would have thrived if given the chance. I love them so much. RIP Richard.
I really ship them. There were moments in the show that really revealed how much they care for eachother

Liked him the best they made a good team he was a bit awkward with personal relationships . Wished his end was not so final would have liked him back in a few episodes.
