It can be good to do to see your pattern, but just for a short time (3 -7 days) it might highlight some small tweaks you can make to improve things 😊

Can you make a video on how to increase vaginal discharge by medications or supplements or doing certain things? I'm 23 years old, I stopped taking Sertraline, an SSRI antidepressant, and as soon as I stopped taking it I've had extreme vaginal dryness and although I've been using vaginal moisturizers, it doesn't increase my vaginal discharge. I am very concerned if this could be permanent, my mother is menopausal and this doesn't even happen to her and I have never had any vaginal discharge problems until the discontinuation of the antidepressant. Also, not only do I have these symptoms from the antidepressant, I also have no libido and it's been 2 months since I stopped taking it completely and have not improved and am somewhat numb emotionally.
I would really appreciate a video on that 🙏😥

Have you tried doing pelvic floor strength exercises (Kegels)? Some of the latest research into vaginal dryness has shown that kegels help to reduce it better than creams (even those with estrogen). It's believed to be because the exercises bring blood and nutrients to the muscles and surrounding tissues which, in turn, helps to resolve the dryness. Kegels are easy to do and the studies show good results in 6 to 8 weeks. Maybe try the 30 day challenge: geni.us/kM3m
and visit your gynecologist for a checkup to ensure there isn't anything else going on.

@@TheFlowerEmpowered I will try to do it from the beginning of May (now I have covid since a few days ago 😓). At the end of May, when I have done it, I will write you to let you know if I noticed any change. Anyway, since as you say the minimum changes can be seen in 6 to 8 weeks, I will continue to do it all summer so that it will be much more effective. I will also write in a few months to let you know if I noticed any improvement. Thank you very much for the information 😊
