Hi Katie! Loved your video! Wasn’t too long at all! Your stitching is beautiful! Loved the wipes! Lol’d when you were talking about the chair! I do the same thing! Hubby just shakes his head and asks where is that going to go? My standard response… I’ll find a place! Lol. You will always love that first quilt. Lol look how far you’ve come from that! I still have my first quilt. Lord have mercy! I still have it. What a hot mess it was! But I still love it! Your tree quilt is awesome! Love it! Thanks so much for taking the plunge to join flosstube! Keep them coming!
Hi Susan! Thank you! We always manage to find a place! 😂 His one complaint is a giant “pirate chest” that no matter where I put it, he doesn’t like it 😂❤
I just love your videos & your work. The green linen is the bomb!! Before flosstube I did not realize I could change a pattern or switch up colors. To me it’s now part of why I watch flosstube. Keep doing what inspires you. Oh, your orange /browns Dresden quilt is not awful.. it’s beautiful and your memories that it brings to you are a treasure. Happy Stitching!
Love the video. Please don’t talk bad about your first quilt. I thought it was lovely and it shows how far you have come in your quilting. Colors and patterns that you have chosen over the years change and this is a way to document your life through quilting. Well that is what I was told as a new quilter many years ago from a women in her 80s at the time. After also she was wisdom and understands the journey of our quilting. Looking forward to the next video.
Oh Katie girl you are absolutely outstanding! Not only are your projects fantastic you are so cute, down to earth and like a best friend next door! You shot straight to the top because of your talent and sincerity! I was so enthralled with you I couldn’t wait to shout you out because I knew everyone would love you like I did! Heck! I even told my family about you!😂. Thank you for all you share and for being so inspiring! I leave your channel energized and ready to stitch all the things!❤❤❤🥳
Thank you Ginger! I truly hope I’ll get to meet you in person one day. I told my family about you! You put the most amazing positivity out there and it’s beautiful 🥰💕💕
I am so glad to have found you! Your smile is infectious. Your happiness is so genuine. Christmas Garden is beautiful and absolutely LOVE Your pretty poinsettia project bag.
I love your flosstubes! You do a great job. I especially like you do all the things. I made the tree quilt you showed for my son's in-laws last year as a thank you for all they did for the wedding. I made mine with green batiks that also had touches of dark blue, brown and black. I really like the colors you have in yours also! Looking forward to your next video.
Hi from Colorado! Start the starts! WIPs out those WIPS and do what speaks to you! Love the green linen...I'm a green fan too! Wish more people would pick colored linenfor their samplers too! Love your Christmas quilt...its a classic! Loved your WIPs. The big ones sure don't scare you! Happy stitching and quilting!
Beautiful projects, beautiful quilts and beautiful wool appliqué! I do all three of those crafts as well, just for a little longer than you have. I started quilting and cross stitching in the mid to late 1980’s, stopped xstitch for many years and picked it up again 2 years ago. I am mainly a monogamous stitcher, have just 2 WIPS, but lots of projects kitted. I have continued to quilt since the 1980’s and started wool appliqué about 5 years ago. Great Flosstube video, looking forward to many more.
Put something you don’t enjoy right now in “time out”. One day you’ll find it and have forgotten why you didn’t enjoy it. Once I get that feeling about a project it’s hard to shake it off. Love your Christmas Garden. I’m half way done with mine and plan to finish before Christmas 🤞. Enjoy your floss tube!!!
Your video was wonderful!! I really enjoyed! To answer your question, people comment about the needles in their fabric because, technically, we are supposed to remove so if it’s a long while before we get back to the project, the needle won’t rust in the fabric and leave a stain. Same things with hoops, etc. Me, personally, you can leave floss hanging, needles and/or hoops on linen-it doesn’t bother me. 😉 Happy stitching, sweet lady!!❤
Hi Joyce! Thank you for the sweet comment and for the answer! I didn’t think about them rusting. That would be awful and a sign that I must have not liked that project 😂. No rules, right?! ❤
Katie, your chair story has me cracking up! 😂 And I’ve never been drawn to that seaweed linen…. Until now. 😉 I’m seeing the vision and loving it so I can’t wait to see it come to completion. I may have to give that linen a try because it is beautiful but I’m not creative enough to think of something on my own to stitch on it. 🤷🏻♀️🤪 Thanks for the good laugh. I enjoy watching you and will be going broke watching you! 👍🏼❤️
Hi Kim! I’m glad you found that story funny because I hesitated keeping it in the video 😂. We use “it’s perfect for you” to each other almost daily. The linen is even more beautiful in person! Maybe even for a Christmas project 🤔. Shopping is fun! Another saying we jokingly use around here is, “it’s just money, we’ll get more.” 😂❤
I'm loving Watchung you! All the Stacy Naxh and Blackbird projects. But now you have to show us the chair. I love the green " you do you" I change my colors all the time to match something else I have done. I would live that green with my colors
I love Laundry Basket Quilts kits too! I made the Pine Tree Quilt too but I didn’t have her kit. I strip pieced 2 1/2” strips from Kaffe Fasset fabrics to cut the trees from.
You're getting to be a pro at this already! Love, love, love everything that you are working on. Very pretty finishes too. OMG! I love that tree quilt. Can't wait for your stash edition. Marilyn
Your work is beautiful Katie and you make me laugh with your stories. The green chair story is so cute 😊 You are settling in to FT very well, lovely lady!
Loved every minute of this. Such pretty stitching and I fell in love with many of your WIPS and am going to have to purchase one of them stat, lol. I think it’s ok if you tell on yourself because I see myself and say out loud “yes, me too”, you are down to earth and keeping it real and I think that’s perfect! 🌼
I’m sitting in my small apartment in South Korea in the middle of the city and heard the mower in the background. Having forgot you saying your husband was mowing, I started looking around thinking whose mowing. Then I remembered it was your husband. You’re doing a great job and I really like your stitching style.
Loved seeing all of your WIPs, so many pretty samplers! I agree when restarting, I have to put it away for awhile. I like the green linen for your Needfuls pillow, it’s beautiful and unique. I’ve been struggling stitching on the green “Dove” linen for Bower Birds, maybe it’s the darker color that makes it a challenge. I’ve had to take a break but want to get back to it so it may become a one thread a day project. Looking forward to seeing your stash💖
I just love that I was able to find you. Pumpkin Hallowed Quilts is where I heard of you. You remind me of myself. My husband friends listen to me about quilts and cross stitching, but they really don’t care. Glad you found a community to share the things you love❤
Hi Katie! So glad I found you early on. We have a lot of the same tastes in cross stitching, quilting (reproduction fabrics and Kim Diehl), and music (Hall & Oates). In cross stitching, I tend to prefer reproduction samplers and I try to keep a super low WIP count. (I’m 71. Not planning on checking out soon, but don’t want to leave a boatload of WIPS for my kids. 😂). I have a grandson with autism and he also scripts as you mentioned your son does. He and I enjoy spending a lot of time together. Thanks for a fun video!
Hi Janet! Sounds like we do have a lot in common! You’re the only one that mentioned my shirt. I love great music. My son’s favorite person is his grandmother. That’s a very special bond 🥰
Hi Katie! So glad for the shout outs from our Floss Tubers about your site! Enjoy your videos and all your CS patterns and other crafts. I am trying to get the nerve to post a Floss Tube but so far still chicken/camera shy. Haha! So happy for you! All the best to you and your family. I look forward to your future videos!
Oh my -- another beautiful quilt! You're making me want to get out my sewing machine. Congratulations on your Christmas Garden finish! I did mine with the Lisa Smith (Kindred Stitcher) silk conversion. We have the same taste - I did Francis Poole too - all called for floss and I love it. It's hanging next to my front door.
Hi Melissa! Thank you for the sweet comment! Oh, I think you should definitely get out your sewing machine 🥰. I bet that color conversion is beautiful. I need to get back to Frances. I was really enjoying it.
I just had to comment. I watched both of your floss tubes back to back. I really enjoyed them! I think you will be on my list of favorites! Great job! PS I’d really like to see that chair! 😂
Ok we have to see the bathroom chair 😁you are rocking it! I have at least half your wips started to. Looking forward to seeing all your stash and I wouldn’t worried about not having enough wips 😂 that is what we are here for 😉
Haha! Ok, the chair will make an appearance 😂. Yes, the flosstube community is great about encouraging large totes of WIPs and piles of haul 🤪❤️. Thank you for watching! I’m subscribed to you 💕
So much fun. Love all your projects. I am very proud of you for jumping in on your first quilt. Look how much fun you have had since then. You are so cute & honest. Thank you for sharing all your projects. Have a super week.
Found you via Olivia from Pumpkin Hollow quilts/ cross stitching. Welcome! I myself am not a you tube presenter but I am an avid fan of all things floss tube. The more the merrier! Hope to visit your channel again soon! Happy stitching🪡
Hi Katie! Love your videos and all the projects you are working on. We have similar taste and share/have many of the same charts. Stitch on the fabric count you love. The fabric you love. The color you love. Looking forward to you next post!
I just want you to know we may have checked your channel out from a shout out from someone else but we watched because of you. You have the sweetest personality. I saw where Carol the Saltbox Stitched gave you a shout out and I would have passed out if I got one from her. Make sure to check her out. She is the absolute best stitched ever. I love the quilt behind you. It is so beautiful. I would love to learn to quilt one day. I cross stitch currently. Keep up the good work. I love to watch you. You are a natural!!!
Thank you for such a very sweet comment! It’s been overwhelmingly amazing. Carol, Brenda, Kim, Olivia…these are people I admire beyond words and for them to recommend me has blown me away. A few have even made me tear up. The support in this community is so heartwarming. I’m so grateful. ❤
I love Laundry Basket Quilts kits too! I made the Pine Tree Quilt too but I didn’t have her kit. I strip pieced 2 1/2” strips from Kaffe Fasset fabrics to cut the trees from. And you are right it is a big quilt.
I’ve enjoyed both your videos so far,and look forward to more! I like your self-effacing, down to earth style, and your stitching and quilting are lovely. I don’t like to stitch people either, and that’s not too hard b/c I am not a prim stitcher, and I also like geometric patterns. The last thing I can remember stitching that resembles a person was the scarecrow in ‘Cinnamon Stars’ by Plum Street.
Loved your story about the chair. I have a chair that belonged to my grandma, she used to read her Bible while sitting in it. It's kind of an ugly color, but I love that darn chair! I really enjoy seeing your stitching projects and I want to see your stash!!
Yup, yup, yup to everything you said. I like that you use whatever pieces you love in your decor and also stitch using linen that you love that might not be "popular". You made me want to get out several of my same WIPs that have been in waiting. We like many of the same things. I pulled Jack's Bash as one to start this year, your's is looking great! Happy stitching, Kristy.
Everybody's first quilt looks like yours. Mine does except I quilted it as well so you can imagine. Susan Ache quilt looks great. Got to show the quilts for longer. They are the grand finale :)
Thank you for the feedback! I feel bad for my quilting friends because I rushed through it. I might start making a separate sewing video. Not sure yet.
Loved seeing you again. Your stitching is lovely. And I'm the same. If I mess up a stitch project, I can set it aside and bring it out later and not mind starting again. It seems that cross stitch is the only craft I can do that with and I have no idea why. If I mess up a crochet or knit project too much, I'm just done with it. Forever!
Hi Kathy! Oh that’s funny! I wonder why cross stitch is different in that way. I haven’t started crochet or knitting yet. I’m sure I’ll pick it up eventually.
Love everything!!!!!!!! You have way more starts in cross stitch than me!!! I have probably about 20 kitted up but have 3 in progress, I cant bring myself to start any newbies, it would freak me out!!! However talk quilts ……. I have about 8 on the go at the moment, yes Im crazy but i dont care, i will get them done!!! I am currently working on one for a friend who purchase the pattern and the material then gave it to me to do for her - that is never going to happen ever again, well maybe, well no I might do it again LOL. Now ask me how many I want to start????? 10 newbies!!!!!!! I have been quilting since 1993 I sew them and give them away but no am wanting to only sew for me. I have 7 of my own that i have kept so adding another 10 to my pile OMG IWANT TO START THEM NOW!!!!!!!! But yet again, nope, Im doing the friends quilt and getting that out of the way b4 I start my epic adventure on the newbies YAY!!! Love the show, i have been pausing you all afternoon and taking notes on ones I want to do that you showed - now to go SHOPPING!!!!!! Hahaha
Hi Lisa! Thanks for spending time with me and for the great comment! I’m the same with quilts! So many quilt WIPs and even UFOs. I need to start finishing so I can make room for new projects. I’m so happy that I showed things that inspired you to shop! 🥰❤️
Hello stitchy friend, you are like a new friend in flosstube land! I'm sure there's nothing more original to say than what's already been said 🩷 What lovely projects you shared🪡🧵 looking forward to your next flosstube 🍓
Sew excited to run upon your videos, I love all the stitching as you do, quilting my first love, cross stitch and embroidery, then wool work. EPP is my travel work. Enjoyed you and your stitching. 😊
Hi Katie, welcome to flosstube! You are doing a great job. I I love seeing the projects you’re working on. The quilt that you have hanging behind you is one of my favorites and definitely on my to do list. I’m looking forward to more flosstubes from you.😊
Hi, RUclips just proposed your channel and Thanks to the algorythm ! I am Sylvette from France 🇫🇷 and i love quilting, cross stitching (and also knitting and crochetting, spinning etc 😂). I like very much your videos, so i just suscribed and can’t wait to see more of your beautiful work. It is a lot of inspiration ! thanks for sharing all this 💚
Hi Sylvette! I’m so happy you found my channel! I love that you make all the things. I’m thinking you’d probably be a great flosstuber yourself! Thank you for subscribing and following me on this journey ❤
@@Sewtattered Hi Kathy ! Thanks for your answer. No :) i am not a great flosstuber. On my channel i speak mostly about knitting and a little crochetting and quilting. But as far as cross stitching is concerned, i am a beginner. A long time ago, i had done a little on aïda but i’d like now to go back to it and work on linen to improve my level and because i find the result much more beautiful. I have chosen the tribute to summer sampler from Stacy Nash to restart on cross stitching. I feel i have to learn a lot and that i am a little bit ambitious but i want to give it a try 🤞🏼because i want to work on something that really pleases me :) Pls send me some good cross stitch vibes 😁 can’t wait to see your progress on other videos (and also in quilting that i love so much) ! Sylvette 🧵💚
If you are stitching on linen you don’t like, cut off the part you have done, use the linen for another project (or pass it on to someone else) and get linen you love for projects you love. I have done that and it is so satisfying!! Love your videos!
Katie, I don’t remember if you told us where you live. Another great video. Love your project choices. You stitch beautifully. Keep up with these videos, please. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us. 🪡
You are very hard on yourself. You are doing great. Just be yourself and we understand. I’m enjoying watching and your projects are gorgeous!! I love the tree quilt behind you. The color palette is beautiful!
Wow! You do beautiful work! So glad this is working out for u. I live in the Dallas area and wish my friends liked to sew /quilt/ cross stitch. You’re doing awesome!
Hi, Katie, Another great video. I loved seeing your WIPs. The Christmas Tree quilt behind you is gorgeous! Loved seeing your wool appliqué projects, too. Take care and Happy Stitching!
Another fantastic video thank you! I absolutely adore your first quilt. It’s so wonderful to see our humble beginnings so we can remember that we all start out and learn as we go. Bless the lady who taught you to quilt and let you lead the way - what a wonderful person. Thanks again for sharing all you awesome projects - now I have to go shop 😊
Thank you for watching my video and for leaving such a sweet comment! I agree. My first quilts are embarrassing up close but I’m proud of my progress. She was a very kind lady and I wish I could tell her how much she has changed my life. I’m so excited that I showed something that inspired you to shop! ❤
Love your videos! Great job! I have one of "those chairs" that I also love and it has patiently waited in a spare bedroom for new upholstery for 15 years! One of these days... ha!
Yeah! You have number two floss tuber under your belt! Your doing so good. Love listening to you go through all your projects. I know what you mean by not having family or friends that are interested in cross stitch, someone you can bounce ideas off of. I have one of my 3 sisters cross stitches and we talk a lot during the week about our passion. She is 1,300 miles away from me, that hard! But she and I like different things to stitch. We are just patient with each other and we never judge each others work, or the kind of projects we are working on, unless she asks me. She is great with color choices and I am good with collecting charts. Lol. Looking forward to seeing your next video. 😊 Darlene
Katie, I heard about you from pumpkin hollow quilting and watched your first video. You are absolutely a love. Very delicate and sweet. I loved watching you and now watching your second video. You have beautiful work. And can’t wait to follow you through all your starts and finishes you are amazing. Love watching you. Keep up the beautiful work.
You are so delightful to watch and so entertaining. I watched your first one and had to immediately go to #2. Could not wait to see all of the things that you are doing and have done in the past. I am also a quilter and enjoy seeing all the areas of your crafting. Keep on making those wonderful videos.
As a cross stitcher and quilter, I enjoy seeing your featured quilt. I can understand why it's a favorite. Thank you for being brave enough to produce your Flosstube videos. Way to go!
You are fabulous to listen to. No need to apologize for length of video , I personally love the long ones and are sad when they end. Can’t wait till the next one.
I'm a stitcher going on 50 years, but learned as a very young child with a most wonderfully patient mother, Pollie Journey. I stitched the Proclamation piece of the 100th anniversary of women's right to vote for my mother's birthday anniversary this year. She would have turned 100 on April 7th. I live in Florida now and metal has a tendency to rust. So I don't leave needles in projects long term because of that.
I am really enjoying your flosstubes. Your style is just right - like having a conversation with a fun friend! I love avocado green too. Your idea to use Seaweed for the Needlefuls is brilliant. Enjoy!
Thank you for watching my video! I love that you see me as a friend. I feel that way with a few that I watch as well so that’s a huge compliment. I think we need to give avocado green a comeback! 😂❤
I love your flosstube! Your CS & quilting WIPS are so great! So fun that you do both because sticking to just one craft would be well, boring, right?! lol! Such a great story with the green chair. So awesome, be yourself! Thanks for your time and inspiration! 💖
Love your videos! Heard about you from Olivia with Pumpkin Hallow quilts and immediately looked you up! I am much like you were I have the supportive husband but really no friends that share my love of cross stitch. Keep doing your videos and looking forward to seeing more projects!!
Loved your second video just as much as I did your first one. Such beautiful projects, stitching and quilting! You are very easy to relate to 😊❤ Keep going!!!
I just found you and I’m so glad. I have a quilter friend but no one that cross stitches so I also watch a lot of floss tubers. I’m anxious to follow you :)
Thank you for subscribing and for the sweet comment! Brenda is incredible and it means so much to me that she recommended me. I’m the same way with stitching and watching. It’s like stitching with friends. ❤
Great WIP parade - I too have stitched Christmas garden which I loved. I also really like Bkackbird, Brenda Gervais, HATS and Carolyn Manning. As well as mill hill etc etc. I am a quilter and do EPP as well as being a knitter and I’m learning to crochet. Luckily I can do all the things when my hubby drives - thank goodness as we are on a farm in Zambia and getting to the town takes 3 hours! I would go crazy doing nothing for that length of time. Oh, I came to you from a shout out by Floss Bossin cousins whom I love. They are hilarious. Thanks again for sharing and happy crafting.
Thank you! Sounds like we love a lot of the same things! You’re so lucky you can do all that in the car. I just look out the window and try not to fall asleep 😂. Those two are hilarious! I love them ❤❤
Your first quilt is wonderful for a beginner! Plus, it documents your quilting journey from where you began to where you are now and in the future. It looks like a great fall or Halloween quilt, and you could use the backside in a display since it looks reversible with all the lovely machine stitches. Looking forward to your next video!❤🧵🪡
I loved your wips! They are stunning! Your easy going manner makes me feel like I am visiting with my good friend. Love your green chair story. If you love it, it works! On your fabric dilemma, stitch on fabric you enjoy. If it’s a struggle and not fun, then why are we doing it. This hobby is to enjoy, not to suffer through. When I change count size it does take a minute to change rhythm, but I am still enjoying it. Hope it improves.
Thank you for the sweet comment and for the great advice! I go back and forth about changing the linen. I feel bad about wasting linen. I have other projects on 36 and I’m able to get into the rhythm. It’s been a while since I worked on it so I think I’ll give it a go one more time. Thanks for letting me talk it out with you! 😂❤
I absolutely love the Christmas Garden❤. I lost my mom on Christmas Day 2017 and what a great piece that would be to stitch in her memory. Also, my grandmother, my moms mom, was born on Christmas Eve in the year 1900…again, a great one to stitch in her memory as well. Love your videos!

I’m having the exact same problem with seaweed. I love the look of it but it’s a struggle. One thread a day is a great idea! ❤
Christmas Garden... Beautiful!❤
Thank you, Teresa! I think you should! This community is amazing!
Hi Julie! Thank you so much! You are so sweet! I’ll bring the chair out in my next video 😂
Thank you, Barbara! Such a very sweet comment and I really appreciate it. 🥰❤️
Glad you have joined the flosstube community! Enjoy your flosstubes. Keep it up!!❤
Thank you for watching and for the warm welcome! ❤
Found you via Olivia from Pumpkin Hollow quilts/ cross stitching. Welcome! I myself am not a you tube presenter but I am an avid fan of all things floss tube. The more the merrier! Hope to visit your channel again soon! Happy stitching🪡
Thank you for watching! I agree with the more the merrier. That way there’s something for everyone ❤
Hi Katie! Love your videos and all the projects you are working on. We have similar taste and share/have many of the same charts. Stitch on the fabric count you love. The fabric you love. The color you love. Looking forward to you next post!
Hi Nancy! Thank you for the support! ❤
Oh I bet that was beautiful!!
Thank you for the sweet comment! I’m noticing their are quite a few of us that don’t care for stitching people 😂
Loved your story about the chair. I have a chair that belonged to my grandma, she used to read her Bible while sitting in it. It's kind of an ugly color, but I love that darn chair! I really enjoy seeing your stitching projects and I want to see your stash!!
Hi Desiree! I love that you have a chair that is ugly but sentimental! Grandmas make things extra special. 🥰
Thank you Kristy! That means a lot coming from you! I love your decor style. I hope to see your progress on Jacks Bash! The colors are stunning. ❤
Katie you are a natural at flosstube. Your projects are gorgeous, can't wait to see your stash
So sweet, thank you! ❤
Big hello from Belfast northern Ireland! Love your channel!🤗
Hello Ireland! Thank you for watching my video!
Great video. Loved all your stitching wips!! Keep going you are doing great.
Hello stitchy friend, you are like a new friend in flosstube land! I'm sure there's nothing more original to say than what's already been said 🩷
What lovely projects you shared🪡🧵 looking forward to your next flosstube 🍓
Hi June! I really appreciate you taking the time to watch my video, leaving a sweet comment, and letting me be a part of your stitching community! ❤

Your first quilt is beautiful! Thanks for sharing. All your projects are amazing.
Thank you for watching and for your sweet comment! ❤
Another great video! Love the seaweed linen beautiful color. Looking forward to your stash video 😊
Thank you! ❤
Sew excited to run upon your videos, I love all the stitching as you do, quilting my first love, cross stitch and embroidery, then wool work. EPP is my travel work. Enjoyed you and your stitching. 😊
Thank you! I love quilting the most too. I can use more creativity on it. I appreciate you following me! ❤
Hi Katie, welcome to flosstube! You are doing a great job. I I love seeing the projects you’re working on. The quilt that you have hanging behind you is one of my favorites and definitely on my to do list. I’m looking forward to more flosstubes from you.😊
Thank you, Lisa! It’s a big one, perfect for the winter. ❤
So enjoyed watching you! Love you saying that nothing has to go together or needs a theme... I completely agree... it all works :)
Thank you for watching! Yes! ❤
That’s such great advice! Thank you so much! 🥰
So fun to find a local flosstuber. I love your style! Looking forward to more videos.
In my next video I mention two more!
Another great FlossTube! So many beautiful projects to inspire us! Can’t wait to see your stash in 2 weeks!
Thank you! I love that you were inspired! It’ll be a long one 😂❤
Katie, I don’t remember if you told us where you live. Another great video. Love your project choices. You stitch beautifully. Keep up with these videos, please. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us. 🪡
Thank you for watching! I’m a north Texas native ❤
You are very hard on yourself. You are doing great. Just be yourself and we understand. I’m enjoying watching and your projects are gorgeous!! I love the tree quilt behind you. The color palette is beautiful!
Thank you. You’re very kind. Laundry basket quilts has incredible fabric colors. Everything goes together so beautifully. ❤
Wow! You do beautiful work! So glad this is working out for u. I live in the Dallas area and wish my friends liked to sew /quilt/ cross stitch. You’re doing awesome!
Thank you Nan! There are a few social stitches in the area that I have recently found. Let me know if you’re interested.
Hi, Katie, Another great video. I loved seeing your WIPs. The Christmas Tree quilt behind you is gorgeous! Loved seeing your wool appliqué projects, too. Take care and Happy Stitching!
Thank you! I love that you love quilting and wool appliqué! ❤
Great FlossTube! I love antiques too, we don’t have a lot of options here in New Mexico! Looking forward to seeing your stash!
Thank you! I hear that from people in California too. We have them on every corner it seems. You should come visit texas! 🥰
Found you through Olivia at Pumpkin Hollow Quilts....love your videos! Keep up the great work! Pretty quilt behind you.
Thank you for watching! Olivia is amazing. ❤
Enjoyed your content. Always glad to come across another DFW stitcher. I think it was the Pink Ladies that linked you in their video. Stay cool.
One of these days... ha!
Hi Joanne! Oh good! I’m not alone 😂❤
😊 Darlene
Hi Darlene! Thank you for watching and for the sweet comment! I glad you have a sister to share with and this incredible community ❤️
Hi Debbi! Thank you so much for watching my channel and for the incredibly sweet comment. I love that you’ll be on this journey with me 🥰
Lovely job. Beautiful selections and starts. You inspire me.
Thank you for the sweet comment! ❤
Love your work! That green piece will look beautiful!
Thank you 😊❤
It was a great hour! Love all your beautiful samplers, and that quilt behind you, ooooo I so love that.
Thank you, Cyndi! That quilt was very fun to make!
Gorgeous stitching and projects!!
Thank you, Sarah! ❤
I love the chair story! Stitch what makes you happy! Im glad i found your channel!
I’m glad you found me too! Thank you for leaving a comment!
@@Sewtattered welcome!
You are so delightful to watch and so entertaining. I watched your first one and had to immediately go to #2. Could not wait to see all of the things that you are doing and have done in the past. I am also a quilter and enjoy seeing all the areas of your crafting. Keep on making those wonderful videos.
Thank you for such a sweet comment! I love that you are a quilter! We need more of those. ❤
I think your stories are fun and your stitching is beautiful! "It's perfect for you; like this chair!" lol
Haha! Thank you for watching! You don’t know how fun it is to hear that line said back to me!! 😂❤❤
Fabulous job! You are a sweetheart! Your projects are great!
Thank you so much! 🥰
wonderful video. That was a lovely hour spent sewing while watching. you are a natural x
Thank you, Diane! 🥰♥️
As a cross stitcher and quilter, I enjoy seeing your featured quilt. I can understand why it's a favorite. Thank you for being brave enough to produce your Flosstube videos. Way to go!
Thank you so much! ❤
You are fabulous to listen to. No need to apologize for length of video , I personally love the long ones and are sad when they end. Can’t wait till the next one.
Thank you, Vickie! I love long videos as well ❤
Your projects are just so gorgeous!
Hi Rebecca! I love the story of how you started and your sweet tribute to your mother. ❤
Lovely everything! I went to stitch niche for over 35 years. Now we live in Austin.
Thank you! Austin is a beautiful city. I didn’t know they have been open that long.
Thank you for the very sweet words!
Love all your starts I have stitched cuties now I want to do sampler that are more serious, you have inspired me ❤️
Hi Kathleen! Oh fun! I highly recommend a sampler. I know you’ll love it!
I like the dark fabrics too.
Love your videos! Heard about you from Olivia with Pumpkin Hallow quilts and immediately looked you up! I am much like you were I have the supportive husband but really no friends that share my love of cross stitch. Keep doing your videos and looking forward to seeing more projects!!
Hi Dawn! Thank you for watching! Good thing we have such sweet husbands and this community 🥰
Loved your second video just as much as I did your first one. Such beautiful projects, stitching and quilting! You are very easy to relate to 😊❤ Keep going!!!
Thank you for following me on this journey! ❤
I just found you and I’m so glad. I have a quilter friend but no one that cross stitches so I also watch a lot of floss tubers. I’m anxious to follow you :)
Thank you for following me! Yes, it’s almost as if we have many friends that cross stitch when we watch ft while stitching ❤
So fun Katie! Love your wips and quilts and all the things. I have to go back and watch the first one now.
Thank you, Carol! ❤
I so enjoy you and all your works! Looking forward to your next video and thank you for your time!
Thank you, Joni!
Great flosstube! You’re a breath of fresh air and thanks to Brenda, I am a new subscriber. I love long videos because I stitch as I watch. ❤
Thank you for subscribing and for the sweet comment! Brenda is incredible and it means so much to me that she recommended me. I’m the same way with stitching and watching. It’s like stitching with friends. ❤
Wonderful inspiration, I'm glad you got shouted out by some of my favorites so I could find you! 🙂
Thank you! I’m glad too! Such an incredible community!
I love them ❤❤
I love your videos! I appreciate your perfect imperfectness!
🥰❤
Your first quilt is wonderful for a beginner! Plus, it documents your quilting journey from where you began to where you are now and in the future. It looks like a great fall or Halloween quilt, and you could use the backside in a display since it looks reversible with all the lovely machine stitches. Looking forward to your next video!❤🧵🪡
Thank you! That’s very true. I’m grateful I have grown as a quilter 😂. The back is really beautiful. She did an amazing job.
LOVE every project you are doing!
Thank you! ❤
That would be so beautiful and I think it’s a wonderful idea. Loosing loved ones during Christmas is the hardest. ❤
Like your video!😊I just found it today ! Looking forward to watching your next one!😊
Amazing - you have such great taste that I am sure that chair is a keeper!
Thank you! It is 😂❤
