I tried your recipe for Thanksgiving and let me tell you, The peach cobbler was amazing my fiance and I couldn't get enough, I was one of those girls that didn't like being in the kitchen learning how to cook with my mom and grandmother but I thank God for people like you that don't mind sharing. God Bless and keep up the good work.

I've used your recipe and it was a big hit with my co-workers. I did put my own spin on the presentation. Instead of covering the cobbler with the pie crust...I cut out hearts with a cookie cutter and lined them up in rows.

Hi Carolyn I made your peach cobbler. It was absolutely delicious I prebaked the dough squares like you suggested and didn't have the gummy dough at the bottom! Will be making it this way in the future as well. You rock!!!!!

I have made this 4 or 5 times and everyone loves it. I did everything in 1/2 and it worked fine to make a cobbler in a 13 x 9 glass baking dish. I even get requests from friends to make it more often. ThanksCarolyn, this recipe is going in my archives.

Thank you so much Carolyn. I've made peach cobbler before but I wanted a quick refresher and I liked your recipe. I was short on peaches and have a lot of apples so I was thinking of combining apples and peaches to do a apple peach cobbler. And I picked up some vanilla ice cream to make it all the more special. Thanks Again!

Carolyn, this is almost exactly how I do my cobbler. I do not like the doughy pieces in cobbler! The only thing I do differently is actually lay down a layer of dough and bake it first before adding cooled peach filing, then pop in the oven.

Ms. Carolyn! I made two cobblers for Thanksgiving last week and they were the bomb diggity! I tweeked your receipe by using puff pastry and putting cinnamon and sugar on the dough before I baked it so the filling had a nice taste as well. Some of my family members asked me to make their own so they would not have to share!

Your my go to on this and much more. Thank you, thank you and God bless.

Baby girl. I cooked that peach cobbler and it was the bomb. It was the best peach cobbler i ever made. Before i made one for me, i fixed my neighbor across the street. She had lost her baby and that's what she wanted, a peach cobbler. She sent me some back and i just thought i wud slap myself. I fixed me one after that. Just finished baking a small pan with the left over filling i had. left. Its 1:30am Houston time. Thank you for this Recipe.
