    MURGH ROYALE WRITTEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients :
    Chicken (8 pcs) 1 kg
    Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp
    Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Tomatoes chopped 3
    Brown onion ½ cup
    Coriander leaves ½ cup
    Allspice ½ tsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Dhania powder 1 tsp
    Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
    Orange color a pinch
    Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
    Green chilies 3-4
    Curry leaves 20
    Cashew nuts handful
    Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
    Boiled eggs to serve
    French fries to serve
    METHOD :
    In a bowl mix together ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, yogurt, and lemon juice, mix well, and marinate this on chicken for 30 mins, cook for 10 mins till water dries, deep fry cashew nuts, now blend fry onion and cashew nuts with tomatoes, handful coriander, allspice, jeera powder, turmeric, dhania powder, chili powder, kasuri methi, and remaining dahi, orange color and salt to taste, blend everything together keep aside. Heat oil in a wok, add whole spices, curry leaves, and whole green chilies, fry well, add the blended masala, fry well adding a little water, add sweet chili sauce, add the cooked chicken, leave it on dum for 10 mins. Lastly, give dum of coal, and serve garnished with fried cashews and boiled eggs.
    RESTAURANT STYLE GREEN QEEMA WRITTEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients :
    Beef mince ½ kg
    Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
    Capsicum small 1
    Coriander leaves ½ bunch
    Green chilies 6
    Whole cumin 1 tsp
    Bay leaf 1
    Chopped onion 1 cup
    Chopped tomatoes ½ cup
    Black pepper 1 ½ tsp
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Dhania powder 1 ½ tsp
    Cumin powder 1 tsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Peas ½ cup
    Chopped coriander ½ cup
    Soy chopped 3 tbsp
    METHOD :
    Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds and bay leaf, add chopped onion with salt, and cook till light golden, add chopped tomatoes, cover, and cook till soft, grind together coriander leaves, capsicum, and green chilies to a fine paste, add ginger garlic in the wok with the grounded green paste, black pepper, coriander, cumin, allspice, haldi, and lemon juice, cook well, add 1 cup water with mince, fry well, cover and cook for 10 mins, add chopped coriander, peas and sua, cook well till done, serve hot with paratha.
