That companions armor looks incredible! They should make cosmetics to sell in this game, every f2p game is doing that and neverwinter could use some cool ones..they can even find some cool stuff that's already in game like this armor.

This game is only good for new players who have never experienced the game before... then after the leveling experience the game will get boring real quick! Youll struggle to get in queues even for RTQs and raqs because of elitism. Theres no sellable loot from dungeons to progress your build. As soon as you hit mid game, youll hit a brick wall on progressing any further, unless you know how to farm which will require you to quit your real job and make 50characters on 1 account or make 10accounts to get your 100k A.D for the day on each account to move over to your main account to progress anywhere or get your wallet out. And even at end game level if you dont know anyone youll be lucky to get runs. The game gets boring real quick! It has about 3 to 6monthes of fun for a fresh new player. Then youll probably want to quit and never run again due to the boring storylines, lack of progression, recycled zones/enemies/lack of incentives,content and the repeatative lazy layout of modules which has been the same since mod 20. The game is done in my opinion and why i no longer support it.

goddamn ive got 54 characters i need to figure out what at-wills, encounters, and dailies they were using - which is going to take me fking WEEKS to figure out! These jerks also BROKE the animation for the Bard's Tailwind Mambo. I have no idea what attack I'm making now, and it sure as hell doesn't do ANY damage anymore. Did they also fk with the Class Features I've selected? Are those the Feats I actually had or not? I dont fkn know! All of this with NO WARNING, no explanation, just a swift kick in the nuts 54 times in a row - forfkssake!!!

The actual dmage amount all depends on your character's stats, your stats are involved in the equation for a companions damage potential. In the companion google doc, the stats he tests them with are listed. Unless you have the same character with the exact same stats you will get a different number. What doesn't change is the relative performance from one companion to another. So, character 1 has 50% Power and tests companions A and B, for example companion B deals 10% more damage. If you retested the same two companions on character 2 which has 90% power although the damage value will be bigger, companion B will still deal around 10% more than companion B.

I've noticed that effect too, and I always thought that was a count of cumulative damage done to the target. Glad someone discussed this 👍🏿
I'm new to the game but there is one huge giveaway that this is stacking tick damage.
The damage being dealt on the enemy's bar isn't really moving 😉
