- The impact of Sheila Jackson Lee’s life could be felt by those close to her and those who say they were blessed to hear her speak.
All I remember about her is that one time she kicked a person in first class on a flight out of their paid for seat and took their seat for her self. So I guess I should read some of the kind comments.
Sheila Jackson Lee will be remembered not only as a congresswoman but also as an amateur astronomer.
Who can forget her visit to NASA when she inquired about the 1969 planting of the American flag on Mars, and who can forget her lecture to school children when she stated that the Moon was a planet that is made up mostly of gasses, and "the sun is a mighty powerful heat"?
