- This 3 hour session of bilateral-stimulation music is ethereal, calming, and slow paced. The bilateral beat is bass-heavy and slow. There's also a 3 Hz delta wave that plays intermittently throughout the session.
Bilateral stimulation is used for anxiety, PTSD, restlessness, and other stress related ailments. Depending on the session, use bilateral stimulation to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, meditate, or motivate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear. This is to stimulate the brain and communication between hemispheres.

I never put ads in the middle of a video. I want you to be able to fully immerse yourself in a session without distractions. However, there are ads at the beginning and end. I sometimes try to leave a bit of space at the end so the ads aren't too surprising.
