Thanks for sharing. This video makes it feel simple and uncomplicated. I’m wondering if the recipe still works if you substitute the vinegar for fresh lemon juice. Have you tried that?
Just attempted the recipe using white vinegar and the curd didn’t form properly. After 20 minutes there seemed be curd in there but when I poured it off to separate, I had maybe a tiny handful of curd and what looks like 2L of milk and vinegar. Mine doesn’t look like whey. I wonder if I can salvage it in some way.
Thanks so much for the nice video. I just started making my homemade yogurt. What do you do with the liquid afterwards? Thanks! May Jesus continue to bless you and your
Thank you so much! This is exactly what I was looking for. Now I just need to grab a thermometer.😊

The leftover liquid is whey. Some people use it in baking, others cook their pasta in it. You can really use it for a lot of things!
Make ricotta you can make ricotta cheese with them

a half gallon only turns into a palm sized ball of cheese?
Would this work with fresh goat milk?
Different taste, I'm sure, but process doable??? TY!
